I was trying to buy an investment property to flip it and resell it.
After putting an offer with my agent, I never heard back. He wouldn’t return phone calls, texts, emails. It was so frustrating.
That’s when I reached out to Jacqui to try and buy the same property. She got my offer accepted and we had such a smooth escrow. We closed in 10 days.
I will definitely be using her again to buy and hopefully to resell the properties I flip!

Jacqui is amazing! We are not easy people to find a place to live for. We wanted to make sure where we settled down was perfect for our new little family. I moved to Cali for a job that I got in Westlake village. I have heard that the traffic was terrible in LA so I wanted something sowehat close to the office. Jacqui helped me find the perfect condo just a bike ride away. Now I can say that I have not only the a great place to live in a great location but the best commute as well.

We started out in the summer trying to find a house to rent in the conejo valley where we wanted to send our kids to school. Jacqui was very patient with us and eventually helped us decide to buy a little smaller home and pay less per month. By Christmas we were in escrow on our first home. We now love our new home. We met lots of agents who were pushy and wanting us to just take every house or condo we saw. Jacqui understood what we were looking for and took the time to help us find it. Most times I would call that day to see a place and she would make time to help us. She was very patient with us and our 1 year old daughter who she got to know very well after helping me chase her through many of the homes. Jacqui made the negotiations and entire process painless. She helped us get the best deal including getting money owed to us after closing. We never thought we would see that money. We highly recommend Jacqui Rum.
