Called at 10AM to have a dozen roses sent to my BF at work. Guy on the phone was very nice, but seemed to have a little trouble taking info over the phone. They clearly are an old-​school shop with no online ordering. Not a bad thing, per se. Flowers arrived in one hour! Totally surprised. We are both very pleased.

Excellent service in both quality and speed!
Today was my friend’s birthday and I wanted to send out some flower to her work place at specific hour. I got a phone call from my friend and she told me how beautiful the flowers and cake was. I really appreciate their good work and I ‘ll definitely use their service again.

Unexpected news of a family member passing caused us to search for a flower delivery shop somewhere close to Moorpark. The few that were listed in Moorpark had poor reviews, so we ventured a little further out. I simply gave them a budget and let them decide what was fitting and appropriate for the unfortunate occasion. Even though my call was later in the afternoon, they were put together and delivered (as promised) on the same day. We heard that they were gorgeous and were able to confirm that a week later when we went to the service. I highly recommend this flower shop and am very grateful for the service/​quality they provided us.

Today this amazing florist saved me with a lovely last minute delivery! I had forgotten to order flowers for my mother-​in-​law for her 80th Birthday! Yikes! I called just about every florist in Thousand Oaks area to see if anyone could get a nice-​sized arrangement delivered to her late in the day. Nobody could help me. Then I remembered Jim’s Flowers, crossed my fingers and made a call. They not only got the flowers delivered within hours, they sent me a text with a photo of the arrangement, and confirmed the delivery was made! Excellent!
