Larry did a great job, was very good at following up and was available to start wok as soon as we decided to go ahead. The price was good (I think, although I only got a couple of quotes). The quality is great. I would advise to communicate the design and colors that you want in person and on paper to make sure you get exactly what you want, and there is no misunderstanding.

My husband called and scheduled an appointment with Kal-​Crete and received an appointment with a time frame between 5−6pm and they were a no show. We called them at 6:30, left a message and no return call. Thank you for wasting our time.

Larry of Kal-​Crete Construction is an old pro who lives locally in Thousand Oaks; two significant reasons I considered hiring him to replace an existing concrete patio and walkway in my back yard. He responded to my initial request for a quote the day after I contacted him through his Kal-​Crete website, and he was soon over to survey the job. His professional looking bid was quickly and conveniently e-​mailed afterwards, and seemed exceptionally reasonable considering the work to be done. He and his crew showed up punctually on day one of the job, demo’d the existing old patio and walk, and steadily followed through to completion of pouring new, color hued, stamped concrete in workmanlike fashion.
I love my stylish, attractive new patio and walkway, and would recommend Larry highly for other jobs of this type. He was always courteous, good natured, and easy to work with at all times. He was attentive to any input or questions I had before, during, and after work was completed, and I appreciate the skill and care he put into my respective project.

We have Larry do all of our concrete work! He built us a firepit out of flag stone and did a beautiful stamp work patio.
He does everything from drive ways, to BBQs, outdoor/​indoor fireplaces, firepits, retaining walls, you name it!
