A family member needed blood work and was none too happy about it. Goody was so helpful and kind. Explained best way to do everything (this was a complex set of instructions from two doctors). I will definitely keep these guys in mind for futute blood draw needs. Nice clean building and office too!
BTW, on a second draw here and Joe is awesome too. Nice guy as well and very professional.

Joe is the BEST phlebotomist in the Conejo Valley. Goody is comedy relief (never had him — but he’s VERY funny). I’m a difficult draw from anemia — been to all labs out here with various results– joe has NEVER STUCK ME MORE THAN ONCE!!! To get the draw — he’s amazing– highly recommend for kids — mucho personality and takes your mind off the details — Joe is smart, informative, and a very nice person — I will do all my lab work here from now on!

FYI: I take STD test every time I start a new relationship. To me, this is the only way to truly enjoy intimacy. Get tested first, and go crazy without protection.
My first experience at this LabCorp location was not good. But, I still use them. My next experience was good. They are OK. People make mistakes.
On my first visit, they took my blood and urine samples. BUT, they didn’t put my name on the urine sample cup. A few days later, they emailed me to tell me that I need another test. Something went wrong, they said. I FREADKED OUT at that time. I thought my test results showed something horrible, I thought I had AIDS or some funky disease. Imagine my horror. It was not funny.
They took my urine sample again, this time they wrote my name on the cup.
I emailed Labcorp headquarters to complain about my experience. And they sent me a check, 50% of my test fee, to compensate for it. I guess I am satisfied.
I will use them again. Actually, I did use them again recently. My experience was pleasant the second time around. People make mistakes… we must understand.

Kind, helpful, funny, and friendly :) I have never had to wait too long. They made my son laugh when having his blood drawn. I have been here several times and have had a pleasant experience each time.

This place is poorly run. Staff who can’t operate their computers and not enough people working. I got there on a Saturday after opening and waited over an hour for a blood draw, with a waiting room full of frustrated people. Come on people, Saturday has to be your busiest day, step up.
