The products are pricey but I love their merchandise. I usually shop online but they have great customer service at this location. The woman who assisted me was very helpful in picking out two great Christmas gifts. She also wrapped everything up for free separately in a box with tissue, a bow, and a tag. Now I don’t have to worry about wrapping them which is great for someone like me who hates gift wrapping. The store is also well stocked and has great Christmas package deals right now. I will definitely think about returning to this location.

This is a great store. Located in The Oaks Mall in TO, it’s one of the larger L’Occitane boutiques in the area and they have a great selection. You can spend hours and a ton of money in here if you have it and smell & feel absolutely amazing after your visit. Ask for samples if they have(and they usually do) to try their skincare at home. And although L’Occitane products are not cheap, they are excellent and definitely comparable in price to some of the department store skincare brands with much better ingredients. FYI: They usually have 1 – 2 great sales in the year you don’t want to miss. Friends and Family Sale is one of them so get signed up for that or ask a sales associate in store. And their after holidays clearance sales are pretty great, too. Oh and try the L’Occitane U.S. website. :)

I love the lotions and scrubs at L’Occitane. They have ones you can’t find anywhere else with unique fragrances. The Lait Corporel body lotion is my favorite for my dry skin with a nice verbena fragrance that isn’t too over powering or perfumey. The only thing is they are on the expensive side. $ 28 bucks for lotion? Yikes!

After a disastrous attempt to replenish my shower gel from Bath & Body Works, I came here because I had heard good things. I thought, okay, I’ll give them a try. My goal was to find some fragrant shower gel. While I didn’t like most of them, I did find one that I liked, so I bought it. It has the proper amount of fragrance in it. I do find, however, that it doesn’t get as sudsy as I’d like, but it’ll do. I’m used to paying lower prices, but at $ 20 for a bottle, I’m okay with it. It does the job for me. The cashier was very cute. Not only was she friendly and helpful, but she had a wonderful French accent(the products are supposedly out of Provence, France… or thereabouts). Whether she was authentically French, I don’t know, but her accent added to the flavor and flare of this shop.
