So… is this In&Out? Why are you standing outside to take my order? I know McDonald’s is pretty standard with their menu but do you have to stand like 10 yards away so I can’t read it? Just too weird. Kid was nice and was able to recite the menu to me but it would have been nice to see it with my eyes. So then I gave the money guy my cash. I was supposed to get 10 cents back and got 80 cents back. So thank you for that. I ordered the deluxe breakfast and they legit took a piece of bacon and cut it in half to make two pieces. Is that normal? Whatever they can do to save some money I guess. Food wasn’t bad, but I’m feeling kinda sick now. Typical McDonald’s I guess you could say.

Went to this location today… just to get a coke. While in line, a worker comes up holding a tray with a full hamburger on display and asks if we were interested in trying it today. I thought it was to show us that we could buy it, so i declined. Then i saw some cut up hamburgers individually wrapped so i asked if it was a free sample. It was! Ok, good deal. So we got about ¼ of a hamburger each. Then i got to the next worker to order our cokes. Then i went to the 2nd window and paid, and they handed me an actual hourglass with sand and said they have a 60 second guarantee. I got to the last window, got our cokes, handed back the hourglass before it ran out. So my update to this review is that i added one star because i got a little bit of free food and my cokes were served to me in less than a minute. And the cokes were really good, unlike my experience before with watered down soda. However, both of these things(free samples in the drive thru and an hourglass) just proves to me more how totally STRANGE this location is.

This is the most inefficient McDonald’s around. But let me be clear: it is NOT the employee’s fault! They are all really nice, but management needs to get these people more help and a better system! They are always completely overwhelmed running around doing the job of multiple people. A stop here always ends up being a 15-minute ordeal. PLEASE! If you are the GM reading this, stop skimping on a few dollars and pay for more employees on every shift. These people need support!

This is the slowest drive through on the planet. Furthermore they will consistently mess up your order unless it’s a combo.

Stopped by here yesterday evening — it’s SMALL and CRAMPED inside — but otherwise it is an efficient McDonalds’ like any other. So — MEH — it gets 2 stars.

I wanted to leave a review for this location because the drive thru must be one of the quickest most efficient run drive thrus I’ve experienced, and I eat like crap at fast food all the time! It is easy to communicate with staff. Ordering face to face is very cool. I do understand some people’s complaint that often there is a mobile order taker that approaches you before you even have a chance to see the menu. But come on, it’s McDonalds folks. Burgers, chicken, fries, soda, let’s go! You’re there for convenience, the outside order taker saves you several minutes so you’re not late to the kid’s soccer practice. If you want to know if McRibs or Shamrock shakes are back, just ask. lol I haven’t had the bad luck ordering that several other reviewers have experienced. That is frustrating. Maybe because I learned long ago not to divert from the assembly line process. It’s a compromise I find quite beneficial. I increase the chances that my order will be correct by avoiding making any special request. Wrong orders tick me off, causing me to drive like a jerk risking road rage and high blood pressure. Therefore no special requests = me not ticked off, no accidents and better health. Correct orders and quick drive thru means I usually drive off happily munching on my hot fries as I head back to the rat race.

Stopped by to get the usual double cheese with no ketchup. I toss the buns later becuase asking for bunless burgers seems to cause confusion. First off, their bathrooms were disgusting. The walls are filthy and covered with stains. There was no toilet paper in either stall and they do not have paper towels, only one of those crappy blower things. UGh. It was gross. Walked out to order and had to repeat the same order to the cashier three times, only to hear him repeat it back incorrectly. The conversation went like this: Me:I would like 4 double cheeseburgers with no ketchup and a large diet dr. pepper, thanks Him: 4 double cheeseburgers with a large diet coke? Me: 4 double cheeseburgers with NO ketchup and a large diet dr. pepper Him: oh ok, 4 double cheeseburgers with no ketchup and a large diet coke? Me: Yeah fine I will just have a diet coke. Me: stares at boyfriends and mouths wtf? cheesey burgers arrived extra seasoned just the way we love them but man we waited forever for those things to get done.

It’s McDonald’s, so the food is the same as any other location. BUT, they’re doing what bugs me at other locations: drive thru employee is standing 100 feet from the menu! I know their menu hasn’t changed much over the years, but sometimes they have special items you want, and you don’t know about it until you’ve already ordered and the guy is six cars behind you. How hard is it for the order taker to just stand by the menu so the customers have a chance to look at it before they order?

I rated this particular McDonald’s as 2 stars for their attitude and the experience. The food itself wasn’t a problem… however, some of the people were. The meal that I did order was actually prepared correctly and very prompt. In those regards, a good job done indeed. Now, what happened after — that’s where my frustration lies. The thing is, I was returning home from a vacation from Northern California when I dropped in. I had my backpack with me in the restaurant, with my medications. At this point in time, my girlfriend and I had been driving for 4 or more hours, and in my fatigue and heat induced state, I left the bag. I didn’t realize this until I got home, another 3 or so hours later. I called the McDonald’s to report what happened, nobody knew what to do. I had explained to them that the medicine in the bag were vital to my every day functioning and it would be really hard for me to travel back there since I was out out town and I had little gas and money. I asked if they could mail the bag to me; I could even pay them back for it. They refused to help much. The woman who answered my call put me on hold to discuss it with another worker. Over hearing them, she sold me as some drug addict who was BEGGING for his fix. Untrue. There was no begging on my part. My medicines help me to control my body functions; bathroom wise — not to get high! So after a minute of this, the guy gets on the phone and asks me to call back the next day, and ask for the manager ANTONIA. I did so and when they did answer, they said they had no clue about my bag; that they never had it. I told them that was a lie, that I had called the day before. They put a man on the phone. I told him how I was instructed to call the manager. He, surprised, said that HE was the manager and Antonia didn’t exist. So, yeah. McDonald’s lied to me. After even more minutes of explaining the situation and about my bag, he finally said, «Oh wait… we do have ONE bag here. It’s black. Is that yours?»! NODUH!!! I was told that they could not ship the bag back, which I understood, but I felt that being a family brand, some good ol’ compassion and decency would have been appreciated. I know I made a mistake and it was on me, but the way they had no compassion; quick to judge and just had no remorse, irked me. Bad humanity! Bad! We, eventually, had to drive up and get the bag. Thankfully, there was no hassle that day…

Worst McDonald’s Ever! Used to be a regular customer but no more. It is to the point now where almost every order is incorrect. On top of the mistakes they seem to have been watering down the soda and they are shorting the french fries. Good restaurant gone wrong.

Did I mention SERVICE? AAARATING! MMMMMMM! Can hardly wait to eat there again.

The previous reviewer is absolutely right — you place your drive thru order with a real live person(face-to-face). What the previous review didn’t mention is that you pick up your food at the next window from Sasha Grey(weekends only).
