I drive from Agoura Hills to see Helen each week because she and Thuy are the best manicurists I have found. My nails look gorgeous after visiting Helen. Prices are reasonable and place is very clean. I love it that there are only two EXCELLENT manicurists and NO DUST.

Nails by Helen is super clean, friendly and reasonably priced. Helen and staff couldn’t be anymore accommodating. I would highly recommend this salon.

I have been going to Nails by Helen for 7 years now. Before that I moved around. Helen is the best manicurist I have ever had. She truly cares about her clients and her work. Her salon is meticulous. Her spa chairs are newer and wonderful. She welcomes new clients and makes them permanent. That’s what happened to me. I have observed her salon and all her clients love her! Nothing compares in the entire Conejo Valley. I highly recommend Nails by Helen.

Helen does a great job with my pink and white fills. When she isn’t busy, she takes the appropriate time needed for a good fill and the results are pretty great. When she is busy though, she rushes and it shows in her work. This salon is understaffed and it’s hurting her business.
The woman that does the pedicures (I can’t remember her name) is fantastic. She does an amazing job.
Helen is very sweet and welcoming and I’d love to give her more than 3 stars. I think her business would benefit greatly if she hired a couple more people so she didn’t have to rush when she had a few customers waiting.

The nail salon looks very good. Helen is very professional! Love how she works! My nails looks amazing. There os a lot of magazines to read when they do your nails. The prices not to pricy. I really enjoyed there.

I’ve been going to Nails by Helen for 3 years now and I can’t find a nail salon that compares on any level. The salon is always clean, Helen and Thuy ALWAYS do an impeccable job. They don’t take forever, the price is reasonable, and your nails always come out looking great. Highly recommend. She’s good at waxing too :)

Helen has been doing my nails for years, she is great. I have also had some wonderful pedicures from her staff. It is a small salon with just a few manicurists, so it is best to make an appointment.

A nail salon is a place to get your nails done. I suggest, for those who write reviews about ancillary services like waxing, maybe you should see a dermatologist or an esthetician at a salon for better skin care. I think Helen is terrific at doing manicures and pedicures. She is a perfectionist and I feel pampered after an hour in her care.

I just had my eyebrows waxed here, and the waxed either burned or ripped my skin under my left eyebrow and also in between my eyebrows. When I brought this to their attention, the lady just put Neosporin on it. When I asked if it will scab, the lady responded, «maybe for two days». I asked if it was from the wax being too hot because it did feel a little hotter than usual, but they said it’s from my skin being too thin, though, this has never happened to me before. What upsets me is that I didn’t even get an apology, and the lady made it seem like it was my fault for my skin being too thin. Even though the shape of my eyebrows are decent, I will never go to Nails By Helen ever again.
