A close friend recommended Roland Ryf saying that he works wonders, and she was right.
I went to see Roland seeking help for my chronic and strong migraines (mainly due to hormonal unbalances). During my migraines I am usually unable to perform daily tasks like driving, cooking etc. I have seen several holistic practitioners and doctors with scarce results.
Over the past three months I have seen Roland five times and in such a short time — thanks to his acupuncture sessions and herbal remedies — my migraines have HUGELY improved along with my sleep and mood swings.
Roland, in my experience, is not only a great acupuncturist, herbalist and nutritionist but he is also a very kind and caring person. I love the fact that he listens closely to patients, he explains in great details what he thinks it is going on and he gives options for treatments. He has never rushed appointments.

My wife, two young sons and I have visited Rowland quite a few times over the past five years for digestive issues. He diagnosed my gluten intolerance two years before I had formal bloodwork done to confirm it. He recently helped me with a persistent issue with sever acid reflux and IBS related issues. After months of suffering, he prescribed some herbs and minor dietary issues and I’m feeling great… finally. After being out of work for my back (4 bulging disks, 2 tears with leg and foot numbness) for almost a month I was able to make it into see Roland. He gave me clear instructions on how to heal my back and leg pain, and even followed up with a phone call to monitor progression. Amazing after 3 – 4 days by pain is almost completely gone!

Roland helped me get through a persistent, hard to diagnose issue after I’d visited multiple doctors and taken many tests. It took a few visits, then he got to the bottom of it and fixed it with supplements and diet modifications. Roland is very caring and very intelligent. First went in with a cold and flu he gave me herbs and within a couple of days I was feeling back to myself! Roland was very helpful and I cannot thank him enough for getting me healthy again!

I am not one to write reviews usually but… I went to see Roland Ryf for pain from a fall and I am amazed at the relief I am experiencing one day later! He treated me with acupuncture and massage and heat, and I cannot believe how much better I feel!
