Local business in the Thousand Oaks area. Paul (Owner/​Operator) gave quick and free quote, after which I made an appointment. He was on time, very professional, with modern equipment. He knows what he is doing on the job. He was fast, efficient and HONEST! Not like the places I have used in the past which I discovered in the mailed advertisements with Bate N’ Switch sales or gimmicks from those San Fernando Valley outfits. Some of you may already know the unpleasant and maddening stories of those SF operators and pricing games they play once they arrive at your home.
Nice and Clean does an honest job at an honest price. NO SURPRISES! Since he is local the money stays in the area. A win-​win for everyone. I am done doing business with those SFV thieves!
Our experience was very pleasant and we expect to continue using this service from now on. You will not be disappointed.

We had the same great experience as everyone else. Paul, the owner, is a hardworking professional. I called several carpet cleaners a couple weeks before Christmas and either they were too busy, too expensive or just didn’t return my call. Paul was so accommodating on the phone I was kind of waiting for the other shoe to drop. But, he came exactly on time, exact bid he quoted and did above and beyond what we had asked. We had dog odors and not only are they gone but we couldn’t be how much regular dirt he removed from the carpet! Nice to see such a conscientious, hardworking guy!

Paul was amazing! My dog had a big accident on our carpet and I heard how great Paul was, so I gave him a call. He made himself available to come help us out as soon as he could. He did a great job! We couldn’t have been happier, so good that while he was here I had him clean the rest of my floors and rugs for me. Very professional, kind, and accommodating.

Paul was a great guy and hard worker! They came early in the morning and went ahead and washed the carpets in a very short period of time but with great quality! They also helped us out by cleaning our balcony and the front entrance too! Everything came out perfectly and they were great to work with. I would definitely have them again, and recommend them to friends and family!

It’s always nice when you can work directly with the owner of a business. Paul answered the phone when I called to schedule, and then he and his assistant Mitch came out to do the work. It’s so much better than having some minimum wage employee who doesn’t care if you ever call again come into your home.
Paul and Mitch took a few minutes to confirm what I needed done, gave me a price and then went right to work. They were done in less than an hour and my carpet looks and smells soooo much better. (I had waited way too long since the last cleaning.)
I will definitely use Nice & Clean again.

Paul is a phenomenal cleaner!
I was referred to nice and clean through by design flooring after getting wool carpet installed upstairs. Wool carpet has to be treated differently than regular carpet, so the wrong product can mean disaster. Literally the first night in our new home, our sweet fog puked all over the new carpet. Nice and Clean to the rescue! Paul came at six pm on a Friday to help us… wow! His prices are fair, and his work is impeccable. Since then, paul has come back for spot cleaning and did a great job leaning our hastins bed… He even called the hastins store, researched the beds, spoke to the store in Beverly hills cleaner, and came to the job with the perfect products and knowledge. We are impressed and feel like you can’t get a better carpet cleaning service!

My wife wanted to reseal our tile, but I was skeptical. She got in contact with Paul and his price was so reasonable we agreed to have him do the job.
Good thing we did! He did the job much faster and far better than I imagined possible. He thoroughly cleaned our floors before applying the sealant. Now our tile sparkles and water beads up on it in tight circles, waiting to be wiped up.
Paul is a nice guy who does a great job. I wish everyone was as courteous, professional, and a joy to work with as he is.
