Extremely rude! I had a few questions about storage and family valuables stored at this location and the woman hung up on me in the middle of me talking. Very uncaring.

Wow, the cadillac of storage places! I’ve had 6 lockers here over 5 years, and it’s been great great great. The staff is always awesome and the facilities are clean, organized and well cared for. You can’t do any better in the area. Thanks North Ranch for five carefree years!

Dyneese Ryburn is the MAIN reason I am still at this storage unit! She is absolutely wonderful with excellent customer service and communication skills.
She keeps the place in tip-​top condition and you know it’s safe which makes it a pleasure to actually go to my storage unit.
There are other places in TO that are cheaper but knowing Dyneese is there to take care of the place is the reason I stay. Thanks Dyneese!

I can’t recommend highly enough Dyneese Ryburn and the rest of the staff at North Ranch Self Storage. I was in between places in two different states and Dyneese took an extraordinary amount of time outlining which spaces and which special pricing offers would benefit me the most. The moving process is always a bit stressful; however, working with a friendly, happy, and helpful person like Dyneese certainly made my experience as positive as it could be. I should also point out that the actual storage facility itself is very well maintained and secure. Today I removed my belongings after having them in storage there for five months and everything was in perfect condition.
