I go this Panera a lot but only thing I don’t order is salad because it taste like they prepared before and put it in the refrigerator and serve me. Lettuce is ice cold and even it is cold, it doesn’t feel fresh at all. Today they serve me the half size of the grilled cheese that looks horrible. I wanted to ask them how dare you serve me this. I was trying to eat it then I just told myself that I don’t need to be treat this way because it wasn’t free. I paid for it. Will try to go back again but we will see.

Update: Linda was awesome a helped with this issue. Their on line ordering worked fine. This was more of a training issue. I will try online catering again, but I will call and confirm it is showing up at the store. Do not do online catering. My order was lost. Although I had a confirmation, a reminder to pick up order and they charged my credit card, the store had no clue. Thank goodness they were able to make my order. Although I had to drive back after a game to pick it up and pay again. I hope they process my refund quickly

Great experience at lunch with the family! We came in to long line but our food came out fast, my hubby realized that his broth bowl had broccoli in it, he is allergic so could not eat it, that’s when Alma from the restaurant stopped by and offered to bring him a replacement meal… the best part was we didn’t have to stand in the long line! And as a bonus Jamin let me add lemonade in my ice tea! Love coming here for our weekend lunches! Thanks Panera bread team!

Cannot bring myself to eat here it’s so dirty and it stinks in this restaurant Think it was the flies I saw on the pastries or the food & trash on floor I’m grossed out

Awesome Fresh coffee and bagels. The bread is fresh and sliced to order. Always friendly staff who are not acting like you are standing between them and their next paycheck.

We’ve been to this location many, many times. The array of baked goods and breads is visually tempting, and quite large — especially compared to some of the other locations. I generally order a seasonal soup and half sandwich or sometimes a salad, especially in the warmer months. Am a fan of how the incorporate fruit into their salads. Their frequent diner’s club card earns one points toward free menu items. The cashiers are generally really friendly and helpful with answering questions about the menu items. They have a few options for caffeine free /low or no sugar beverages, which I appreciate. Herbal hot tea is available, which you could turn into iced yourself. The room in the back, leading out to the inner part of the mall, has a fireplace; a cozy touch. Seating outside is also available. As this store has been open for many years, and gets heavy usage, it is starting to show its wear. Hopefully, a revamp of the interior will be on the management’s agenda for 2016.

We found the food and service to be indifferent. In particular, the breads, which ought to be pretty good at a place with«bread» in the name were very ordinary. The staff lacked motivation — it seemed like they were doing you a favor by taking our order, and our food sat on the shelf in the prep area for a long time getting could before anyone could be bothered to deliver it. This was our first trip to a Panera Bread. We were travelling so won’t ever be back to this location, but will have to think twice about other locations.

I loved the service I received I explained to cashier that I haven’t been feeling good and she went out of her way to bag up my sandwich and bread with a little shopping bag and served it with a delightful smile, as I left the store smiling as well. I give 5 stars for good customer service! Also ate the most wonderful turkey sandwich and our family enjoyed the rustic wheat bread!

The sliced meat and bread for sandwiches are cut too thick. I like that the calories are listed. That’s helpful. Soups are good. Work on the sandwiches please.

Well, un-fresh produce,. Well what can you expect from people you don’t care,… Well the breads nice, tables are dirty, a little bit slow, even though it’s 230 in the afternoon and lazy workers — how’s that for extra

Well, if you like coffee, don’t order the iced latté, there’s close to no coffee in it. If you like chicken, don’t order the frontega chicken panini, there’s almost no chicken in it. Deception.

The service is great but I hate!!! the new menu. The tomato mozzarella panini was so good, they changed to flat bred?!? the lentil quinoa was so horrible. The bagel are the same(thanks god for that).

Looks like a smaller Panera from the outside but it’s long and narrow and has plenty of seating. I had the new turkey Apple sandwich on cranberry walnut bread, my first time trying this item. I enjoyed it very much. Tasted hand crafted and fresh. The service was friendly and quick. However 13+ dollars for a sandwich small bag of chips and a soda was a little much.

I have been to Panera many times. Their Fuji apple chicken salad tastes great. The problem with this location, is this salad, even when ordered as a full order, comes as ½ a bowl with VERYLITTLELETTUCE. Lettuce costs nothing, adds almost no calories and there is no reason a full order should have so little lettuce. I do not have the same issue with the Camarilo and some of the other locations. It is unique to TO. I have tried asking for the manager and have heard the sound of crickets chirping. As far as the rest of the menu, this place in general consists of bread, desserts, and other items that guarantee that the local cardiologists will have job security.

This place is just not what I was looking for. I wanted a salad for lunch and was nearby doing some errands, which the location is nicely accessible., so there’s that! But when I ordered, I asked of they had a balsamic or red wine vinegar instead of a dressing. They said«okay no problem». Well when I received my salad it had a vinaigrette on the side, I asked for the vinegar, they don’t have it! Neither, red wine or balsamic. Oh well, I ate my salad with no dressing. No biggie, right? Then as I get halfway through my salad I keep finding blackened lettuce… Gross! I’m will not be coming here again for lunch. My advice, is of you are fine with just ordering bagels for a meeting or group this is the place for you!

I was having a GREAT morning… until I decided to stop here for my usual Quinoa Lentil Egg bowl, it was 9:20 am, the bowls are suppose to be ready at 9:30 so I had no problem waiting. I get told that they are not ready until 10:30. when I proceed to tell the employee that that’s not correct she insisted. long story short I asked to speak with the manager who comes up and gives me the usual spill about how they are Franchised and they are not like all the rest. she then tells me that the broth is ready and she proceeds to take my order. why bother with explanations of franchised and corporate… All I wanted was to have a healthy breakfast… I finally place my order and asked for an extra egg, the egg is suppose to be hard boil, my bowl is served with a side of fried egg… I’m over it, will not return…

I love Panera, but this location stinks. It’s not clean and in dire need of maintenance. The paint is chipped, the seats ripped and worn. There isn’t much seating at all, actually. The food wasn’t prepared well. My panini wasn’t cooked through, so it was warm in some spots but cold in others. The only redeeming factor was the customer service, which was good.

Stopped in here for lunch today and decided to try their new quinoa bowl. It was good, but actually quite different than I expected based on the advertising photo and description. First, I didn’t get the impression that it was a soup, but it pretty much is. Lots of liquid/broth. The chicken was very soft and tender from sitting in the broth for a while(a good thing). Also, it had a bit of heat to the dish — about a 1.5 on a scale of 0 to 10. The heat was only a bit noticeable, but it made me overall feel very warm and my nose ran a lot. I was displeased with this aspect of the dish and would not order this again over other favorites of mine like the bowl of oatmeal. That said, it was a good amount of food and I also saw that they have mac n cheese on the menu. I saw some kids eating it at the table next to me and it looked really good. I tried one of their pumpkin«muffin tops» and it was tasty, though not as good as the sugar cookies. P. S. Is Pespi okay?

Always consistent with the quality of food and bakery items, Panera Bread is always on point! This visit, I ordered the half chicken salad sandwich and half macaroni and cheese. The mac and cheese is TODIEFOR. Mmmm. Rich, creamy and cheesy, it really hit the spot! Husband ordered the half French onion soup and half sandwich and he enjoyed both equally as well. A little on the expensive side, for the quantity though.

This Panera is okay. The food is like every other Panera and is pretty good. I usually order soup or salad or both and it is very tasty. The smoothies and frozen coffee drinks and baked goods are also tasty. This location gets very busy and can get crowded during lunch and dinner hours. If you go later in the evening, closer to closing time, they are usually out of a lot of the different flavors of soup, so be prepared to choose something different that what you came for. This location is also notorious for forgetting to give me all of my items and I have returned home missing one or two things. I try to always check before I leave with my to-go order, but sometimes I miss it. This location also tends to get dirty quickly and it seems as if it takes the employees a long time to come by and clean it up. I think this is my biggest complaint for this Panera. I have rarely ever seen it super clean. There are always dirty tables and floors and the drink area always needs some straightening up. There is plenty of seating in the front and a whole other room in the back of the restaurant that people sometimes forget about. This area also tends to get messy as I think the employees forget to go back there and clean up as well. It also has two entrances and you get a lot of people who just use it as a pass through because they are too lazy to walk around. This adds to the crowds when you are waiting to order. The employees are friendly and make you feel welcome when you come in to the restaurant. The food does get made quickly even when it is crowded.
