Have been having severe dizziness daily for almost 2 weeks now. Can’t drive, lost my job, can’t care gor my daughter or myself… called Dr. Kims office over a week ago and was told couldn’t be seen until December 10th. Have called twice since then begging for something sooner as my life came to a screeching halt. Front office told sorry, nothing sooner, it’s the holidays, try another doctor… seriously??? THIS is how much you care about your patients???

I like dr. Kim and the office. Dr kim was very through and knowledgable. One thing I like most about him was that he did not act like he knew everything (unlike other doctors who act like they are God). If he is not sure, he will tell you right there. He did not act like he knew everything. He gave me what would be the possibility for my condition and told me why he was ordering the tests. The office staffs were very nice. They worked on my medication problem right away. This is one of few offices which actually care about their patients.

The worst. Not compassionate. I then departed with no concrete advice. He did a nerve conduction test on me (to fill his pockets): I told him I had a disease which I’ve been told which does not show up. He ignored me .I was right. His advice was curt & didn’t help me. Unfeeling & a waste of time.
