Moved into a new home in the Wood Ranch area and called up Eric to initiate service. First of all, I know nothing about pools, maintenance, chlorine, etc. Eric is not only friendly but takes his time to explain all the equipment and to answer any questions that I might have. My pool equipment is pretty dated but he’s never tried to sell me on installing any new pool equipment. Eric educated me on all the equipment and what to expect from them so that I can make an informed decision when I do decide to upgrade. I’ve only been using his service for a short time but I can tell you that my pool is pristine and I feel confident that we’ll be using his services for a long time.
