Randys Classic Carpet Care

I have no clue if he would have done a good job or not.
We had a mix up on dates and he was very accommodating about that.
When he did arrived at my home on time, I took him around and showed him a couple of spotted places and where I moved some light stuff And there was dog hair on the carpet, I said you are going to vacuum first right? He said his truck would vacuum and clean at the same time, I said Oh I wish I would have known… and he said ‘I been cleaning 30 years NO ONE vacuums first;, I say ‘oh, the last 2 ChemDry Cleaners did” and then Randy walked out of my house. Honest I’m not difficult just inquisitive.
Anyway I said, «I wish I had known about vacuuming before…’ I was going to finish «BECAUSE I would have done it myself» no big deal, but I never got that part out. So? Yin Yang

Randy! Thank you so very much for another superb job on our carpet! Even after all the abuse it gets I’m always amazed how new you can get it looking! You are a true professional, a heck of a nice guy and someone I will always recommend!

Randy came through when we were moving out of a rental home in Oak Park. We had to quickly show the home we had lived in for over 5 years. Randy was a referral from another company who couldn’t get us right away. Randy came right over, and cleaned 5 rooms (including stairway/​halls) of very light colored carpets (light tan), to look like new. We had spilled paint, had a dog, a toddler, lots of visitors and generally were very hard on the carpeting. Randy spent the extra time to get the job done, and was super easy to work with. I would recommend Randy without hesitation, and will be referring him for work and home jobs. I do believe he is the reason our security deposit was returned. :)

Randy cleaned my friend’s carpets a couple months ago. He was on-​time, did a superb job, and was very patient with the owner of the condo. He is a retired Lt Colonel, and has had some health issues, which caused the carpets to be kinda gross. Randy was great and very kind. Would highly recommend to anyone.
