Arrived 25 minutes before closing time and was told that «we are closed». I mentioned that I rushed to get here after work and have no other opportunity to do this and was told that «I’m tired and these people have too much so I’m closed». Guess customer service is also closed early too since I’m on permanent hold.

I arrived a bit early and your wonderful employee had an awesome pissy attitude. If your having a bad week, as he stated, leave it at home or stay home.
Told me to wait in my truck until he was ready because everything is full and the machines are down.
When did this become a dictatorship?
I would have left, but the amount of returns I have wouldn’t offset the cost of fuel since the location close to my house is closed temporarily

Hate this whole experience. The on-​site employee seems to think very highly of himself, but doesn’t facilitate any measure of efficiency. You are constantly waiting behind customers who are slow and unorganized at the machines. It’s not okay for people to think they can just tie up the machine for an hour with 5 garbage bags of cans, but the employee lets it happen every time I’m there. Sorry, but my time is worth more than this hassle. I’m done with recycling for good because of this stupidity.

I agree with Carolyn D.- the person that works there now is very rude and has a way of chasing people off. My experience was so bad today, I reported him to Replanet by phone and on their website. I will never, ever, use Replanet for my recycling after my experience today. The guy that works there is rude and scary.

Well in the pass few month I been coming to this location and the guys you have working for you are rude and very disorganized. I have to say there once was a young man who was wonderful but now there is a man who chase away people for one reason or another

There machines are always out of order or full! Its hard when you plan on recycling.
