Working with Ryan Cox was a huge breath of fresh air after having horrible experiences with pushy and dishonest Real Estate agents. He assisted in the purchase of my first home in Nov/​Dec 2009 and his fees we extremely reasonable which allowed me to save some much needed money on my purchase.
Ryan defines professionalism. He is honest, prompt, and courteous.
Although I remember him saying he specializes in land development, I would recommend his real estate services to anyone.

Ryan Cox assisted me in purchasing a home in Cupertino, CA using his fixed price buyers program.
Ryan was not able to include the fee reduction in escrow due to my lender’s requirement. He gave me a check for the fee reduction within 2 weeks after COE and will issue me a 1099S at the appropriate time.
Ryan was extremely professional and responsive and we saved a lot of money by using him. Thanks Ryan.
