The Kama Sutra Company

I bought their small vibrator with gel in it & it was soooo cold, I couldn’t use it. When I called to complain, they made it seem like I should have bought the hot one or I should have known how cold it was going to be. I spoke to a friend who said he bought the hot one & it was TOOO hot.
This company refused to give me a refund & the girl on the phone didn’t care.
Finding a good adult toy store is VERY hard I learned. Most of the staff are rude, they pretty much make fun of all the customers & their products are terrible, cheap, don’t work, or like this one vibrator I purchased, you can’t use rechargeable batteries in it, otherwise they get stuck & you can’t get them out. They expect you to read their minds or have read every part of their site instead of just doing the smart thing & put a piece of paper WITH the vibrator telling you this so when you first get it, you don’t make this mistake.
Adult toys are the ONLY devices I’ve EVER had a problem with re: rechargeable batteries & I’ve been using them since 1991.
I will NEVER order another Kama Sutra item ever again & I do remember buying some of their other expensive products many many years ago. Based on principal & how they treated me.

The two reviews I found for this company made it sound like this location is a retail store where you can buy their products but it is NOT. This is a corporate office. I visited on Friday and the woman behind the counter was friendly and polite when I asked if there were any places in the city to purchase their products (or similar themed products). She did a little research and gave me the name and address of a retail store in Thousand Oaks that carries their line.
I thanked her and left. She was friendly and the office lobby was attractive, but this was not at all what I was looking for. Product reviews placed here on Unilocal do more to confuse possible customers than attract new clients, in my opinion, and probably more accurately belong on a product review site rather than a company-​location review site.

i was recently introduced to this company and their products and i wish i had discovered them a long time ago. as a test, i purchased a few body souffles, oils, and flavoured dusts. and damnit … j and i enjoyed these products v. much. specifically, we loved the strawberry sensation line. unlike other products that boast of being great tasting, kama sutra’s shit really fucking does taste good! the flavoured oils keep well ie they dont go rancid like other products i have bought in the past…
im excited to dabble in more of their stuff…
but until then slather some crème on me and lets have fun.
