this good will store does not bend for anyone. not even for beckman! i noticed something they were selling had a crack and asked if they could take something off the price. no! anyway, i do not sense a friendly atmosphere here or compassion. too hard nosed for i will go to another store instead.

This Goodwill is super clean. They have a lot of tchotchkes, but their woman’s clothing selection is not great. I also think the prices are too high. The Goodwill in Simi Valley has a much better clothing selection, and their prices on tchotchkes are lower.

This place reminds me of a Febreeze commercial because my expectations of a thrift store is musty and un-kept. This particular Goodwill is clean, relatively organized, and smells surprisingly fresh. The employees are friendly, helpful, and don’t seem to hate working there. Prices seem to be fair and the quality of the merchandise is pretty good. It’s obvious that TO residents tend to donate better quality items than other towns because even though the selection isn’t huge, the quality is better than most thrift stores. The semi-random Wednesday 50% off sale is pretty cool too. Parking has never been an issue here and the there are a few other shops to check out in the strip mall. The coffee shop next door is good too. So if your looking for a good deal in TO, this particular Goodwill might be worth checking out.

Having lived in Thousand Oaks for 15+ years it’s is great to have a clean Goodwill store in my backyard. The store is relatively new and is always kept clean and there is lots of great finds. At times they do price their electronics a bit high, bot the clothes and knick knacks are always organized and well priced. The staff is very friendly and always putting new stuff out. 5 stars… keep up the good work.

It’s good to have a Goodwill in good ol’ Thousand Oaks.
