Tilly’s

Not sure why a managers personal conversation is more important than customer service. Manager Kat was having a conversation with an employee Brooke before she decided to help me almost ten minutes later.

Tilly’s is my go-​to spot for new flip flops. (Thanks to my dog, I go through many more pairs than I would prefer.)
My daughter loves the chain for «hip» clothes and accessories. (She’s 11.)
This location is clean, well maintained and has good deals. The employees are friendly and responsive. Parking, however, is a bit tight and can be a problem.
Overall, a nice Tilly’s location.

Cashier by name of Briana was great! She was helpful and friendly as well as helped me find coupons that I had but didn’t know! Only downside is I spend 50 $ on a dress only to have it completely shrink in the wash after one wear!

Again… Horrible customer service. Apparently the manager was too busy training employees to help customers. Showed up at 8:30 to buy a backpack. The customer in front of me was literally buying a new wardrobe for her daughter. Rather than open a register to help me, she proceeded to tell me they would be with me as soon as the customer was done… 3 employees… Behind the register, 2 customers. 10 minute wait.
Then, a crappy attitude, because she obviously knew I was irritated. It’s really not that hard to communicate, be friendly, and have good customer service.
This person seemed to have some sort of «manager power trip)???

Hopefully this place realizes its not their merchandise that sucks!!! It’s their poor customer service, which to me, is VERY important !!!

Bought $ 100. pair of Supra shoes. In less than 7 weeks, they fell apart. Tilly’s said to contact Supra. Supra said I had to photograph them and send an email with pics. A week later, I called Supra because I hadn’t heard from them. They said they never received my email. I said, stay on the line and re-​sent it during the call. The rep finally acknowledged he received the email. He said they’d get back to me. Another week has passed and my kid is still walking around in piece of crud shoes. Supra isn’t honoring them and Tilly’s keeps insisting Supra has to honor them as a part of their contract. I don’t care who’s ultimate responsibility it is, Tilly’s should never inconvenience their customer like this! Tilly’s should refund me the money and fight Supra for it! I left a message for corporate but I doubt I’ll be hearing from them. At best, they’ll probably direct me to Supra again. NEVER AGAIN! They’ve definitely lost a customer! …and at Tilly’s, you definitely DON’T get what you paid for! Leave it to Tilly’s to make Walmart’s cheap shoes look good! BOTTOM LINE: TILLY’S CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS and THEY DON’T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS!!!

I used to shop here almost every week. Mostly in the summers I would come here and take advantage of the sales. They also see my work pants I need to wear to work.
Lately this place has disappointed me. I went in there for alittle Xmas shopping and keep in mind I work retail. I asked the guy in front if he could find my size in a shoe and he acted like I was bothering him and brushed me off to another employee. Yes we are all busy and yea that shirt can’t fold itself but come on dude I am going to possibly give you commission. So the girl was an airhead and had no idea where she was and disappeared for like 15 min trying to find the shoe I needed. Then she came back and was like «I couldn’t find it sorry» and was like a total airhead. I got angry and left. Never again.

Super cute clothes and great selection for kids. The staff here were very helpful and attentive, despite my constant grabbing of clothes, trying on and not taking it.
Love the selection of funky back packs that are great for back to school.

I like Tilly’s for tank tops and cute tennis shoes. My boys love it for board shorts. Surf attire, jeans, trinket jewelry. stuff that won’t break the bank. Some things are a bit high in price, but it usually goes on sale. Have some cute one off tops from there. They greet you loudly when you arrive. sushi bar style… the store is really crowded with merchandise. They use every inch for clothes!
