Warner Carpets has been our «go-to» flooring store since 2010. Their professionalism and expertise in carpet and wood has helped beautify and add warmth to our home. Fred had been so accommodating to our needs that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. His men are on time and finish within the allotted time for the job always leaving the house in great shape. Their prices are very fair and the quality of their work is top notch.

I had an excellent experience with Warner Carpets and Floors. I had decided to get rid of the old wall to wall carpet and the old hardwood that just did not stand up to dogs. I wanted something durable yet good looking. Fred, the owner, recommended a bamboo product and it turned out to be just what I needed. The whole process, sales, installation and follow up went perfectly.
I would definitely recommend.

This is about as good as it gets!
I’d called a couple of other such businesses and this one stood out as the most friendly, polite and efficient, so we made an appointment for Fred to come out at 9:30 the following morning.
In the meantime, he asked me to send him a photo of the flooring I wanted to match as well as any info. about it.
He showed up promptly the following day with three samples of matching high quality laminate. The pricing was very fair.
Installers were here on Thursday, just 48 hrs. after my first contact with this business, moved the furniture, installed a gorgeous new floor, cleaned up and were out the door. They were friendly and professional. I would recommend this business as highly as any I’ve ever used for any home improvement.

I had a limited «budget» — a BAD word to many… But, not Fred, the owner of Warner Carpets!
He was helpful, experienced, his expertise, and willingness to provide me with outstanding quality carpet exceeded every expectation imaginable! !

This company used to be owned by the Warner family and they had done hardwood and carpet installations for us in 2008 and did a fantastic job. I went back there and everything looked the same in 2012 but they said the owner wasn’t in. I went ahead and ordered wood flooring for a new house. The new managers/owners were awful, they were rude, tried to get more money at every turn and I will never do business with them again. What a horrible thing for them to steal the Warner family name and just keep the business open pretending they are the same company.

I had one of my staff members call to get a quote on reflooring our business. The manager was obstructive and rude when asking questions. If this is the quality of customer service we get when we are trying to give them business, I don’t want to see what the will be like once they are actually fulfilling our order. Sorry my friends, you just missed out on several thousands of dollars worth of business all because your receptionsit/“manager” hasn’t learned the basics in customer service yet. Too bad you’re a corporation because that one man ruined the company for all of your locations.
