I needed drywall repair and texture (smooth coat) in my living room, kitchen and hallways. I called three vendors from Unilocal,one was prompt to respond, but never got back to me, one said it looked like I was ready to go, and gave me a per hour price. and a rough three or four day estimate. Eddie from Capricorn gave me a full price for a ready to paint surface, and a time estimate. He then suggested he could also paint it, and hang all new doors (which was on my next to do list) including the casings and trim on all the windows, and new door jambs. I decided to go ahead with the texture and drywall repair. Eddie was fast, clean, and really took the extra effort to get it right. It was ready for paint so we continued, and he did three different colors including the ceiling. It came out spectacular. Steve and Eddie did a great job, and it came out fantastic. Eddie hung all new doors, and painted the jambs, casings, and matched the window trim. The best part was his attention to detail, and always getting input on choices of colors and design options. I would highly recommend Capricorn. I have dealt with other contractors and usually decided to do it myself. I was comfortable with Eddie and Steve. They know their business, and the quality results were worth every penny. They left the house clean, even during the job itself, and the prices were comparable to the others, and what a difference in attitude.
