Family came in from Georgia at 10:30 at night. It’s a tradition that we have an In-​N-​Out Burger. Got in line and waited our turn and within 10 minutes we had our four burgers with toasted buns and animal style burgers yummy. The night before they left at 6 a.m. we had a second round of In-​N-​Out Burgers the same way toasted buns animal style life is good. So glad to see you another In-​N-​Out in Indio thank you thank you. Now if we could just figure out how to get an In-​N-​Out on the airplane back to Georgia my family would be in heaven… glad I live in Thousand Palms.

Major shout out to the workers at this location! I’ve been to most of the In-​N-​Out Burger restaurants throughout California and Nevada and by far, this is one of the best locations in terms of friendly service and reasonable time to get your food. Every In-​N-​Out is busy throughout the day and their food is freshly cooked, so some wait is expected. If you don’t like crowds, definitely avoid the lunch, dinner, and midnight rush hours. As always, delicious burgers and fries for a decent price. A must on your vacation in Palm Springs!
Tip: in the hot heat, avoid the long drive thru line and go inside to order.

Good but holy F*(# are they slow. Waaaay slower than typical in n out. Good burger though and definitely worth the wait. Got the double double skip the sauce. The milkshakes are awful and the fries suck but the burger is money.

Been here several times but never reviewed it. A very busy location, but so worth it. They run a tight ship. Never have seen a dirty table in there. I’ve been coming for about 2 years. Cooked to order, dependable food.

What happened to their burgers? It’s not the same. I loved their burgers. The burgers and fries were not fresh. The fries were a bit cold as well as the burger. This place was busy; there was a long line which isn’t a surprise, and cars were lined up for drive up. (our visit was on 3÷25÷2016).

Is there any way to give this In-​N-​Out location a 0 star rating ?
I’ve never in my life received worst service at any In-​N-​Out in my life until this one. Usually I let anything go, but when there is not correct communication on what I ordered it frustrates me. Not only was it a long wait at the Drive –Thru but they decided not to put one of my orders in my Bag. I drove home and find that one of my family members orders isn’t in the bag. So rude and So Unprofessional. I’ll be going to McDonalds across the street next time I visit. Family form San Diego.

I always go to on-​n-​out burger when I am in California. The hamburgers, animal style, are the best! And the shakes are made with real ice cream. There is always a crowd and everyone has a contented look on their face. Thank you in-​n-​out!

I have been craving an In-​N-​Out for years, but never seemed to be someplace where they had a restaurant. Finally had the chance, and we went back 3 times after that. It’s just a craving that I had to fill.
Their burgers were, as always, awesome. Their fries rock and their shakes are great.
In-​N-​Out is a place that should never be bypassed when you have the chance!

This is by far my least favorite location that I’ve eaten at. It is probably the slowest location I’ve ever visited. I think this is partly because it only has one drive-​through lane and because it’s way busier than one would expect, considering it’s located in Thousand Palms, a city I didn’t even know existed until I checked in to this In-​N-​Out on Unilocal.
I’m not the biggest fan of In-​N-​Out fries but I don’t dislike them either; however I feel like the fries here are extra crispy and thus, I’m not a fan. My mom now lives in the area and it saddens me that we will not be enjoying a burger and fries here together becauseI don’t really see myself returning to this location.

This is my general review of all In/​Outs: slow service standing around for the meal (there are only a few choices to make: 1) hamburgers or cheeseburgers; 2) Fries or not; 3) Machine drink or shake.
I cannot find here my favorite meal: seared scallops on a bed of dandelion greens!
The food is fairly filling, and tastily assuaged with a delicate layer of grease just right but perhaps a little too much, né’cest pas? (sp?)
It’s not Jaques Pepin nor Julia Child but it is ok in a pinch. However, having suffered a coronary 12 years ago I sometimes fear inadvertently bringing a second one on, so I prefer to eat meats with under % saturated fat – as I was served sirloin steaks three times while in the CCU unit in a SF hospital

I’ve never had a bad experience at in n out but this is by far the worst.
ALL I ORDERED WERE ANIMAL FRIES.
It should not have taken 20 minutes to make them!
When I ordered at the register i was told that it would take about 5 minutes.
My friend ordered after me and he had a bigger order and for his order before mine. He even finished his burger before I got my damn fries.
As I was standing there, people kept getting there order, ANIMAL FRIES INCLUDED. It was like they totally skipped my number. Why were people getting their burgers AND animal fries before me when all I ordered were animal fries!
They finally got my order, and not even an apology! I grabbed my bag and left. Worst in n out I’ve been to by far.

This In-​N-​Out is very much like every other. In-​N-​Out food is honestly basically all the same with very few differences. Let’s be honest, they would have to work pretty hard at messing it up. This location, however, does have it’s draw backs.
If you are dead set on In-​N-​Out and passing through, then you will get a great meal from this location. The drive through customer service was great as well as the meal.
My review is for the logistics and the facility itself.
The place, at least on my visit, was insane. People taking up odd and ends of seats, no were for an elderly person to sit. The men’s restroom was very messy. At least, there should be staff walking around asking if people are done, cleaning up, etc. This would at least prompt people to hurry. Parking was horrible.
My recommendation, again, if you are passing through and unless it’s a must then go elsewhere and save time.

Let me preface this by saying I am a fan of In-​N-​Out, and have been going since I was a child
However, I am finished with this location, even though it is the only one for 30 miles. The wait time is just too much. This evening I spent 34 minutes in the drive through. Once you are in, you are not getting out except through the front of the line. Trapped. When I finally did get my food, it was not warm. It must have been waiting while orders before mine were being filled.
I have tried going indoors in the past, but it is an unpleasant, crowded place to be standing around for so long. Other locations are much more efficient. I guess I will just not be eating In-​N-​Out unless I am on the road.

A first timer here .
I always hear awesome things about in n out but I never paid them a visit until we went to coachella music festival in Indio. We were driving back to the hotel and saw a sign for some restaurants so we decided to pay in n out a visit .
I ordered the double double combo and an extra double double as I was extremely hungry. The order was taken by an awesome employee who treated us very kind .
The burger itself was cooked perfectly as I don’t like my burgers over done. The fries could be a little crispier for my liking but I understand they are fresh cut fries and cooked to order .
The location is very clean and one of the employees was constantly going around making sure everything is in top shape from the soda machines to the restroom.
Overall awesome location and if I’m ever in the area I will make sure to pay them

You can’t beat the service, the smiles, the cleanliness, and the melt in your mouth burgers! All awesome! The staff really looks like they enjoy working here, which cannot be said for ANY other fast food place I’ve been to in my life!
Now some work needs done on those fries! I know they are made from scratch right there, but they are dry and tasteless. Why is that? Have I been seduced by preservative-​filled engineered french fries at other places?
I don’t care — I still come here for the burgers and smiles.
