This is the last good market to stop at before you reach Sequoia National Forest. They have a small selection of frozen foods, medicine, canned goods, bread, a little bit of everything. There’s even fresh produce. :) There was a wonderful woman who even helped me find fresh jalapenos. The man who rang me up was very kind. They really made me feel welcome.

The staff is friendly but everything tasted kinda weird. I bought some chicken that had no expiration date after the nice store manager assured me it was in date(saying he buys fresh every week) but when I unwrapped it at the cabin it was rancid with potent ammonia smell. I quickly brought it back and he did allow me to exchange the chicken for a frozen pizza but, I hate to say it, had been thawed and refrozen and was equally as inedible. The crust was like a firm gel and we tossed it out. I try to avoid giving small businesses poor ratings but this place needs to be improved.
