Bought a truck from their Mt. Airy location. Wouldn’t pass inspection, battery kept dying so they send me to some guy who fixes cars in his back yard. Finally traded this piece of crap in and bought something from a real dealership. Don’t buy from these bozos unless you want a lemon too.

Awful customer service, awful ownership, awful cars. DO NOT BUY from Hi-​Lo! I have had so many issues with my car in the first 30 days of owning it. The manager at the Frederick location on Rt. 355, whose name is Kevin is the most outrageously rude man I have ever dealt with in any situation.
