Clean Rite Septic Tank Service

Horrible service and support ! Now their grade on the Better Business Bureau is a «F».
This was one septic company that was approved by ST Tammany parish. The owner, Johnny, and a helper who was absolutely on some kind of drugs came the first time and pumped out my tank and installed a new pump which lasted right past the warranty period, unfortunately. The pump that they installed at my parents lasted right at 4 months. The sewer overflowed into the yard and we have tried for three days to get them to come assist since the pump is barely 4 months old and still covered under warranty. They have made an appointment for the last two mornings but still have not showed up. I talked to the owner, Johnny, this morning and he said he was coming. Now they will not answer their phones.
