I was visiting from out of town when I smashed my phone. I called on Thursday and made an appointment for Friday at 11. The man told me it would be done by 12 bc he knew how difficult it was to not have a phone. I dropped it off a little before 11 and said I would see them at noon. After walking around Tiffin I returned at 12:10 to a sign that said they made a service call and would not return to 2:30. That did not really make me happy. When I returned at 2:45 to pick up my phone it was not touched! The man I spoke to said there was nothing he could do. He tried to call the guy who was supposed to fix it but eventually said that he did not want to waste anymore of my time. This took up the majority of my day when I should have been spending time with my family. I felt like this was handled very unprofessionally and I will wait to fix my phone and give my money to someone who has some idea how to work with customers.
