my mom has always gone to the dealer for her oil changes. unfortunately, the dealers times are not in conjuction with my work schedule. alas, after a quick google search for oil changes in tifton, american lube fast was my choice.
like most any quick lube (he he he), the wait can vary between immediate up to an hour. luckily, they were able to get me in the service bay immediately. they changed the oil in about 15 minutes. i was surprised they didn’t prompt me to change the air filter. or maybe it didn’t need it. in any case, the guys working there were very friendly and i felt, straight up with me.
like other places, they bring you a listing of all the things the car manufacturer recommends at specific mileage… for my trip, it amounted to about 400 extra bucks. but i passed on everything and they just said «ok, you’re car will be ready in about 2 minutes».
quick and easy. they do all sorts of other services as well.
