Took over 3 hours and two visits to get it right and then they lost half of my contacts and added a bunch of emails to my phone contacts on a phone swap. IDIOTS. Then my wife went in for an update to her phone and it took 2.5 hours!!! AND they screwed up her photos. They are not trained nor do they care about customer service. When I called the manager, he was about 25 years old and could not tell me ONE thing about my phone or stay on the subject. STAYAWAY if you can. Problem is Tifton GA is operated like a little monopoly because it is the only game in town, and Verizon is operated like several other businesses and gets away with very poor customer service. If this store was in Atlanta, jobs would be lost.

They are usually busy, but the employees are always moving and are obviously working vs. just standing around. Staffing isn’t their fault and they seem to the the best they can with the traffic. Other than the wait, the customer service is great… far better than their competitors in the same town. The prices are more expensive than some of the prepaid companies around, but you get what you pay for! Overall, the Verizon store in Tifton, GA is worth recommending.
