They have a flavor called«Made with Milky Way»(I think) that has Milky Way flavored ice cream and Milky Way bits in it. I laughed. I cried. I ate ALL of it. It’s amazing.

Just left this location and I can’t express how underwhelmed I was with the service here. The girl working(short, dirty blonde hair, small stud nose ring) was rude and lackadaisical. With a lobby full of customers you would think she would be enthusiastic and fast moving, but I guess she just can’t be bothered. Funny thing is, I thought ice cream was supposed to be happy? Apparently not. Get it together BR.

Not very professional and I doubt this is the way B&R wants to be represented. My biggest complaints are: * There was one person working, yet 3+ girls behind the counter super young in age, doing nothing, just hanging out. * Since everyone there was wearing nothing resembling a uniform it was hard to even tell who was or wasn’t employees of the place * The cone we got, had no ice cream inside the cone, just a scoop on top It would be easy to change from 2 stars to more with a clean professionally ran business.

What could ever possibly go wrong here. Consistently good ice cream year after year. My favorite is the peanut butter and chocolate double Junior scoop on a sugar cone.

The girl in training, after giving one of my kids the wrong gone, blamed me, and was rude. Gave me attitude while ringing me up. I won’t come back to this location or any other one under the same management/ownership.

I just a wonderful experience here today(November 22, 2013). I decided to take my daughter here for an afterschool treat. As we entered, an older woman with red hair and glass greeted us. She was the only one working at the time. After much deliberation my daughter selected an ice cream flavor(Oreo Cookies ‘N Cream, for the curious). The lady then noticed my daughter was wearing a Hello Kitty shirt and inquired my daughter, «Do you like Hello Kitty?» And of course my daughter reaffirmed her assumption. After a few minutes of enjoying our ice cream, the lady returns with a Hello Kitty word search activity book and travel toothbrush. She told us that she purchased it a while back and never gift it to anyone. My daughter was ecstatic and properly thanked her for the surprise gifts. Even if we didn’t get the«gifts», it was an extremely pleasurable experience due mostly to the excellent customer service(and of course the tasty ice cream). Quality customer service still exists in this modern world.

31 flavors of fun. Although, I didn’t count… And now that I think about it, the ice cream was arranged, each freezer having two rows of the same number of ice cream cartons. So that would make an even number… right? So the question is, are they jipping us on the 31 or are they giving us more choices? The service here was great. The one girl, who was working alone, was efficient and gave us free samples of as many flavors as we wanted.(Thanks!) I sampled the NY Cheesecake, which had a wonderful, and accurate flavor, but I settled on the Cherries Jubilee. Why should Unilocalers get ice cream at Baskin Robbins verses somewhere else? Well if it’s Tuesday, the #1 reason is to enjoy the $ 1 scoop special from 6−10pm(only on Tuesdays). That’s a pretty good deal in my opinion!
