I had never shopped here before but they were having a sale and I was Christmas shopping so I tried it out. The customer service was beyond exceptional. They go out of their way to learn your name and then remember it the entire time you are there no matter how many customers they are serving. The sales associate was also so helpful with sale options for me and with storing my awkward shopping bags while I looked around. I really felt like she wanted to help and wasn’t pushing a sales angle. It was a nice experience during a busy holiday shopping day.

Stopped by to take full advantage of the excuse of no tax in Oregon and was not disappointed. I love Francesca’s and frequent the ones here in California, but the customer service here was the best. I was helped by Bailey who was super cheerful and friendly. She seemed very genuine and happy to help. I loved that she set up a dressing room for me without me asking and even put some things she thought I’d like in it. I know it’s to boost sales and all that but I appreciate all the help I can get when picking out clothes since 95% of the time I’m wearing scrubs. I ended up finding some cute tops and a scarf thanks to Bailey’s help. So happy with all my purchases. Thank you Bailey for being so kind and up beat it made my day!

I have been in Francesca’s only on a few other locations. I was wondering Bridgeport in need of a pick me-​up present for myself. After wondering all other boutiques with no luck and minimal friendliness. I went into Francesca’s and found some cute tops to try. Unfortunately nothing looked that good on me. I liked one top, but was unsure, and asked the gal to tell me how it looked on me and to be honest. She was! It didn’t work, but then she pulled a cute sweater out that looked great on me. Faith helped me pick out two great accessories at buy one get one half off. These gals were so nice and helpful. The store is small, you do have to pick through clothes on the rack. But I received great customer service and I was so happy with my purchases. Will definitely be back soon!

Francesca’s is a darling boutique. But. This location is SO small, and a little oppressive; I definitely felt like the manager and sales girl were hovering and judging– two unpleasant things made worse in combination. The California locations are much bigger, and more spacious (in every way).

Was told I could not make a return here that the salesgirl (Katie) could not make anything happen without a receipt. I had tags everything even the original bag. No luck, she turned me away even after I asked if I could just pick something else out. To make a great story, after commuting home I located the receipt in my other purse and GUESS what… you CAN return items without a receipt says so right on there. So I gave the store a call since now I would be missing the 14 day return deadline and Katie answers… no apology. After being a long time customer I will not be frequenting any longer. Thanks Katie

I may have had a permanent boner when I walked into this store. No, seriously! This Francesca lady has tapped into my brain activity somehow, because every single thing in that place was made especially for me. Modern borderline vintage dresses, gaudy hair bows, perfect little shoes, funky home décor.
I was half tempted to bust out my credit card, fake an English accent and say, «Give me one of everything, darlin.’ I did not because I am not rich but also because my husband would have divorced me and then I would have been a 30 year old bum/​divorcee, wearing fancy dresses while dumpster diving at Whole Foods.
The boutique is a cute one, surprisingly affordable, and the ladies are very helpful too. It is very unpretentious unlike some of the other fancy schmanzy stores you come across in Bridgeport. There is something there for every hip lady, whether a floral scarf or unique handbag.
I managed to walk out of there with only two dresses and a hair accessory, but don’t you worry, Francesca, me and my permanent boner will be back!
