She cleans my clothes in a timely manner and they always leave looking and smelling fresh. Love this local neighborhood spot.

We live right down the street from this dry cleaner so we figured we would give it a try as we recently moved to the area. My wife took a few items two weeks ago including a dress she has owned for a couple years and has had dry cleaned, with no previous problems, 8 – 10 times. When we went to pick up her clothes this past week she noticed that the colors on one of her dresses had bled into each other. When she mentioned it to the employees they said she should take it back to Macy’s and exchange it because there was something wrong with the dress. My wife tried in vain to explain that the dress is a couple years old and not only that, had been cleaned multiple times without an incident. All they did was deny it was their fault. Not only did they not offer any compensation but my wife had to ask for the cost of cleaning/​ruining her dress to be taken off her bill, «I guess we can do that». Poor customer service, we will not be using this cleaner any more.
