For the record… this is my first Unilocal post. I was so blown away by this experience that I want to go shouting from the keyboard! Brian called less than 30 minutes after my initial request and had my ipad returned & fixed the very next day. He articulated the technical pieces in language I could understand, he was friendly, funny and great to work with. He even gave great simple tips about using apple pay & where the microphone is on my phone!
It’s the simplest things that make the biggest difference. I wish I could «Brian-​ize» the other customer experiences I have in my life.

Wow! What great service. I dropped my iPhone 6+ and shattered the glass last night. I called icracked /​Brian and he was at MY house the next day. so cool that I could continue to prep my Thanksgiving meal while he repaired my phone! Not only did he perfectly repair the screen but we talked Thanksgiving dishes. (Turns out he loves to cook too). Super nice guy and excellent service. I would 100% recommend. It was worth every penny not to have to drive around town and leave my phone somewhere.

Very professional and customer-​service oriented! I put in a request via the website and received a call back within 7 minutes. Brian was extremely helpful, informative, friendly, and when something needed more research he was honest about it and called me back within a few minutes. He was very up front about what could and could not be done with my phone issue and the risks. In the end, he didn’t make any money off me today and yet his customer-​service never waivered. Will be using them again in the future! This is the kind of place you don’t mind giving your business to.

Not a good start to my morning as I reach for my IPhone and drop it from my kitchen island. Lucky me as it landed perfectly face down and cracked the screen!
Now what? Get online and schedule an appointment at the Apple Store and say goodbye to a few hours of my day?
Nah! Called Brian at iCracked in Tigard. He came over to my office instead of me making an appointment and taking hours out of my day going to the the Apple Store.
Had a chance to see how intricate the inside of these smart phones are when Brian was replacing my cracked iPhone 6 screen.
This takes a true professional knowing what they are doing and he uses quality replacement parts opposed to the cheap knock offs other people use.
Brian did a fantastic job! Couldn’t be happier with the service and would definitely recommend Brian to all my friends and family.

So I dropped my cellphone at work and called I cracked. This guy Brian engelhard called me in like 10 seconds and asked me a few questions about what phone I have and he gave me a really cheep price to replace my screen. He said it was 180.00 but he wouldn’t be in my area until the next day but I needed it fixed ASAP for work so he said he could meet me close to his home at a starbucks. Because I came to him he took $ 20.00 of his original quote and he replaced my screen in 34 min and he was very professional and friendly! Thank you Brian for making my day a little better
