I am a long-time customer of JJill but, my latest transaction will be my last. Placed an order(two shirts) on the phone with this store and was charged for them accordingly. Received duplicate of one item and not the other. After run-around on the phone, was told they would ship the item that I never received. However, shortly thereafter, I received an e-mail indicating that they would be billing me again for that shirt. Had to call again to ask that they not bill me twice. Further, I was told that I must return the item that they sent in error with US mail. This shirt does not fit in my mailbox so the letter carrier is not required to pick it up at my home which forces me to go to post office during the holidays. I checked with the FTC– under law I can request that they pick up the item. I have done so twice and was told that they have no system to do that and it must be mailed. Viewers– please note the date of this complaint. Would you go to the post office two weeks before Christmas to return un-ordered merchandise? Seems very unreasonable of JJill. Buyer beware of JJill.
