Jiffy Lube

I wish 0 stars was an option. This place continues to be a joke. This is where student mechanics who flunk school go to work! These clowns left my plug off and lost all of my oil. I had to have my car towed. They gave me 2 free oil changes. I just went to use my second one and they are closed at 6:57. Their website says 8pm. He bad mouths the owner for not changing the website, refused to change my oil, and then had the holiday chestnuts to refer me to the competition. The owner should be embarrassed by this team.

My engine light came on and car was shaking and I stopped in to get advice where to have it repaired. Amazingly they had the parts and fixed the problem.

Wow, this place was amazing. I got full service plus. They opened my car door, opened the waiting area door when I got there and when I left. They we’re vary helpful and understanding, I didn’t know to much. I would go back and recommend them to friends and family! I was very well taken care of!

Great location, great staff. They even vacuumed my car.

Went in for a simple oil change, I thought everything was fine, my husband drove the car to work and it started to smoke, we ended up taking it into a shop the next day to see what was wrong. Come to find out that Jiffy had not tightened the oil filter and oil was spilling all over the engine. Now we get to watch the car smoke for the next week while the oil burns off from the engine. Will not be going back to this place anytime soon!!!

Watch out for tail light scam

This used to be a great place but has gone downhill. The owner Tim doesn’t seem to want to fix his employee issues. I have been a customer of this location for years. Today was the second time recently that I have had a problem there. His employees have a bad habit of laughing at customers, talking badly about them and just plain goofing off. Today I wanted an additive added with my oil. Usually not a problem the employee that did it shook his head no the entire time and made me feel like I really put him out. I think this store is making the Jiffy Lube brand look really bad.

Great service. Friendly staff. I took my Toyota Prius for oil change last month.

I was pleased. Friendly, quick and thorough service for $ 19. My dad was pleased with his oil change as well. Though he did have an issue. He came to pick up his car after the oil change and noticed the GPS was missing. He asked them about this. Now he didn’t accuse anyone of anything, he just asked because he was rather confused. So they go upstairs where they have cameras and they show that he drove in… without the GPS! He thanked them and he drove off, scratching his head. It wasn’t till many many hours later, he realized he forgot he had put the GPS in the other car. He’s always putting it in his car then my moms and vice versa. Then he forgets! I think it’s time a 2^nd GPS be purchased, don’t you think?

Absolutely horrible place!
I came in to change the oil in my Chevy Tahoe. I know that they will typically provide some recommendations on what items need to be serviced, etc. I told them that I was just there to get my oil changed, but if there was anything else that they recommended to be done, have it printed it out, along with an estimate so i can discuss with my husband and come back when I had more time. So, they did that, they changed my oil and i thought everything was great. Well — they drive my car out of the changing area, i get in to start it and the battery is dead. I talked to the tech, he runs out to get this tester — hooks it up to the battery then tells me that the other tech made a mistake and that my battery needed to be changed ASAP. Naturally, I was upset and i thought it was highly suspicious as well. They were going to charge me like $ 130 for it or so, and I said, well, this is important let’s get it done now. After thinking about it, i thought — this doesn’t feel right. I immediately told the manager that i had changed my mind — so they jumped the car and off I went.
Well, i visited Jiffy Lube in June and it’s October — we haven’t had any issue with the battery at all. I think they drained it while they were changing the oil in my car and then tried to use some scare tactics to get some additional sales from me by forcing me to change my battery. I will never go back to this place again. I was there with my infant and i’m absolutely convinced they just thought «oh, here’s a sucker that we can scare into spending more money.»

Quick, efficient and friendly. Informative about extra services but not pushy.

Good, quick service, no baloney.
I appreciated that they did not hard sell me their other services.
