We were in the process of selling our house and the buyer requested some repairs. What I discovered is that trying to find a contractor is not very fun. Most of them are pretty nonchalant about your time, rarely provide written quotes in a timely manner if at all and make you feel like you should be honored they made the time for you. Jon Lebel was pretty much the exact opposite. He communicated effectively, arrived when he said he would and had the job completed on time and on budget. We had him replace siding, repair some drywall and install some GFCI outlets for us. The work was exactly what we needed and he and his crew got it done is crappy weather just in time for the holidays. If you are looking for a contractor with integrity and clearly shows he cares, this is your contractor.
