Amazing service and so welcoming at this location! Rosalyn was the sweetest gal ever!!! She helped me with my checkout as one of the educators was a bit on the rude side. Rosalyn made the whole experience totally positive and memorable. Keep up the awesome work Rosalyn!!! You ROCK!!!

I love lululemon so it would take a lot for me to write a bad review. That being said I still think that this lulu deserves the stars. I went in with a backpack that I had bought a year ago. The stitches were coming out around the zipper. I didn’t have the receipt or the card I bought it on. I was worried they wouldn’t let me return it. However they were willing to give me a full refund! Which of course I turned around and used on cute new products in their store. I couldn’t help it, plus some of my favorite pieces were on sale.

I will start by saying that this was my very first time in to a LuluLemon store.
My rating comes solely from the customer service I received while I was in the Bridgeport store about a week ago, which was none. I was barely greeted while walking in the store by one of the women behind the counter who was helping another customer to check out. Then as I proceeded to look around the store, not one of the 4 women working in the store came up to ask me how I was doing, if I needed help finding anything, etc. One was chatting to another customer at the front while managing the check out line, another was folding clothes, and the other two were in the back of the store chatting with each other. I was pretty shocked by the lack of customer service, as there were more employees than customers in the store. I have worked in retail and customer service for many years and this was surprising to me.
After hearing so much about the brand and clothing, I was excited to go into the store with a friend, who is a loyal customer. However, I was very bummed out by this experience I don’t really know if I will go back and spend my money on their products.

Solid 3.5 stars; while it’s a decent size, I mean, how much space one really needs just for yoga wear, lol, esp. for men’s. Glad they located the men’s stuff right at the front.
but for a major shopping area here, it didn’t have any big sales a few weeks back.

I am in my second month of my Lulu addiction and I know I have been to this location no less than 8 times since the second week in January.
This is the Lululemon store that I frequent the most in the PDX area, as it is closer to my home in Wilsonville and I find parking to be much easier than in the Pearl District. I love coming here and seeing what new product may await me! In addition to paying full price for their running crops and tops, I have found excellent deals on running crops as well as tank tops.
I enjoy the shopping experience because I know I’ll hear some good music and get some good service! I like how they have employees outside of the fitting room ready to help and give advice on merchandise.
As for Lululemon’s clothes and merchandise, I highly recommend them. I know why they say if you don’t have them, don’t start buying them because you will become addicted! Since I am new to them, I can’t speak on their prior quality but I will say this, their running crops are second to none. I have searched for cheaper alternatives (Zella, UA, Nike, Athleta) and I don’t like any of them as much as I love my Lulus! Their fabric and the compression is perfect and might I add they make my bum look nice? I actually feel more motivated to work out and work out hard when I am in my Lulus, so to me, that is actually priceless! I consider my Lulu addiction an investment in my health! ;)

I would say that a vast majority (if not all) of the merchandise here is grossly overpriced. But this particular Lululemon store has some of the nicest employees around. Wonderful customer service!

My all time favorite yoga clothing store. Every time I went the employees were very helpful and I feel the clothing is well made. I had some yoga clothing from Nike before but they don’t last as long as Lululemon. To me this seems like it’s worth the extra value for good quality and fashionable workout attire.

buy Nike! They are local and support the Oregon economy AND stand by their merchandise. I have purchased several items from this store with no issues. One evening, a salesperson told me i needed a size 6 top (always wear a 4) so i threw it on the next morning for a work out and it was too big. When i asked to exchange it, they told me ‘No’ and that i know better for next time. The person denying my exchange was also very condescending and with all the money i have spent in that store, you would think they would make 1 small concession especially when it was their own salesperson who steered me away from my normal size. Message to store manager went unreturned as well. Last time i will go back in there!

I love lululemon online and lulu lemon in the pearl but i have had a number of experiences at bridgeport that make me think ‘seriously?” tonight took the cake. i ordered my husband a pant in his size online but what came in the mail was totally off. i came to lululemon bridgeport with my receipt (that has my name and address on it, matching my ODL) and item (new with tags attached), my identification and credit card in hand (my name corresponding, duh). I was also within the 14 day return window and manager would not return my item because i had paid with paypal. unbelievable. the back of my online receipt even says paypal purchases will be returned on a visa. awesome. now i get to trek down to pearl lulu to be taken care of. this is not my first bad experience at bridgeport.

Nice store with an array of workout gear to choose from. I only bought a headband and yoga mat strap thing, but the girl that was on the floor was very enthusiastic about every item I showed the least bit interest in. Nice, but a little too helpful for my taste.
I know the clothing is pricy for a reason — they’re supposed to last a long time and be very comfy, but I cant bring myself to pay $ 50 for a pair of gym shorts… even if I am on vacation and spending like my life counted on it!

I LOVE the clothes at Lululemon! They are so dang cute — athletic but still feminine. Not only do the clothes feel great because they are made of good quality material, it makes me feel great. The designs are very flattering and slimming!
I really enjoyed going into the store and trying on the different types of yoga pants and tops. The sales staff are so friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain the differences between the various pants they had available. My favorite is the Energize Pants. They also have a ton of yoga tops to choose from. The sales staff helped me to select the ones that worked best for me. Shopping at Lululemon gives me motivation to do more yoga!
Another plus: FREE hemming!
The only reasons I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it’s pretty spendy to shop there. But I do believe in the saying «you get what you pay for». So, if you want high quality clothing, it’s worth shopping here. The second reason is the return policy seems pretty strict: have to leave tags attached (note: when I was trying one of the the tops, the tags fell off. But the sales person reattached it when I purchased it so just be careful about the tags), have the original receipt, and return it in within 14 days.
I’ll continue to shop here because I love the quality and style of the clothing. But I’ll just be sure that I really really like it or at least return it within 14 days and be sure to keep the tags on and the original receipt.

I love Lululemon workout clothes! I also love that OR doesn’t not charge sales tax, its almost like getting a discount for us out of staters! I’ve bought a lot of my lulu here and I will be back next business trip to get more.
I agree with the stuff being over priced but it really is very nice quality and most of the clothes are slimming and cute so I love wearing them while working out. I feel thin and it motivates me to work out more. I love how soft the material is and how my butt looks in the pants. So as pricey as it is, I definitely get my money’s worth because I’m wearing the clothes 3 – 5 times a week!

I was so in love with this store and its very nice but very expensive products and awesome customer service… right up until I tried to return something that was brand new with tags and still in the bag with the receipt. Three weeks had passed since my husband bought it for me for xmas and they refused to accept the item back or even give any credit for it… Said it was too darned bad but they no longer could sell it. It was a $ 120 sweatshirt in perfect condition but just not the color I wanted!
I would have taken half or SOMETHING/​ANYTHING. The manager was completely unapologetic and dismissive.
I will be shopping elsewhere in the future for yoga/​athletic wear.
This store may want to take a page from Nordstrom’s Customer Service manual on keeping the customers happy!

I love this store, but paying so much for workout attire is difficult to swallow. Instead, I «window» shop and check out all the fun items without actually buying. Cute sports bra with funky straps? Okay! Rows upon rows of fashionable workout pants? Awesome!

This kind of store ain’t my thing! I’m not the type who will spend $ 70+ for yoga and running clothes. When I was living in India, I traveled to Mysore and met a yogi (forgot his name, he was quite famous) who was just wear white cotton shirt and pants (probably worth about 100 rupees = about $ 2.50). So pardon me if I don’t understand and will not try to understand the expensive clothing thing!!!
My girlfriend and I walked in to the store anyway, because it was bright and new. The staff was so nice and fun. They seemed to like their jobs! I really like the Japanese Paper Lampshades (at the entrance — Please look up).
They also didn’t give us attitude nor dismissing us from their attention once they learned that we were just looking around. Good for them! :)

Really nice yoga, running and lounge clothes!
It’s similar to Lucy but they also have stuff for men. My husband bought some lounge pants a few months back. He’s really hard on his clothes. (A pair of pajamas from Nordstrom’s lasted only one night before they had a hole.) He’s worn these almost every night since he bought them. He says they’re the most comfortable pants he’s ever owned. After months of wearings and washings, they’re still in pristine condition.
I haven’t bought any yoga clothes there but have tried them on. They are very comfortable and seem just as durable. They’re a little long, but I’m used to that (I’m 5’3″ and have short legs). But they have free hemming so when I have the money that’s where I’ll go to buy yoga pants. (The ones I like are $ 108)
I really like that they offer complimentary classes. Also, every time I’ve gone into the store, everyone has been super friendly and energetic.
