Savage Strength Conditioning

I started working out with Jeron after my first powerlifting competition. I’d been training with a great «big box» trainer for about a year and made a lot of progress, but she didn’t have any powerlifting-​specific knowledge. In my first session with Jeron he helped me bench press 125 pounds by showing me the proper technique (my previous PR was 115 pounds). I’ve worked with Jeron 1:1 and as part of the powerlifting team. He’s a great coach — knowledgable, encouraging, and the atmosphere is a lot of fun. I’ve seen how Jeron works with a lot of folks — from my 12 y/​o grandson to my 57 y/​o partner and all ages in-​between. He keeps it upbeat yet pushes us to achieve our best. Jeron is awesome! He makes working out fun and challenging in an effort to achieve your personal goals. He has modified my workout several times to accommodate for difficulties due to injury from my accident or my change in goals. It’s personalized attention at a great price. Although I don’t follow his nutrition advice, he also provides this information as well.

Jeron is an amaaaazing coach. Hes super knowledgeable about what he’s talking about and makes a point to stay on top of new techniques and fitness information. Very woman-​friendly powerlifting gym (unless you don’t like awkward dick jokes) and worth every dime! If I didn’t move and make my commute there 2 hours (one way), I’d still be going there.

Jeron is the business, he has helped me and more then a few of my friends get our lives on track, with his impressive knowledge of of what a trainer and a nutritionist should obtain. And he has a way of not making u feel stupid either, or afraid to be bothered with a ton of questions throughout the week. Long story short, I hate typing and would have written this novel if I didn’t believe in this guy and what he does. And the only way u will ever realize that is by giving him a call, and seeing ur life change for yourself

Jeron is a great example of a business owner with his priorities straight. Very service oriented. He works hard to make sure all of his clients reach their goals and set new goals. Jeron is also very focused on making sure the client knows what to do with his/​hers eating and training away from the gym. He supplies you with the knowledge and tools to succeed!

Jeron is the type of trainer I tell all of my friends about… and even keep several of his business cards in my purse to hand out. His techniques are forward thinking. I used to get strange looks when testing out a few of his methods at 24-​hr fitness about TWO YEARS AGO… and just this last season of Biggest Loser… I saw Bob and Jillian using the same techniques that Jeron taught me. That has to say something. ;)
I certainly agree with Breezy that Jeron has a healthy dose of humor… which is important when submitting oneself «willingly» to torture.
I saw results immediately in my posture, stamina, asthma, and overall confidence (beyond the obvious strength, muscle tone, etc). Jeron has «been there» in a way that other trainers do not understand. His ability to understand where I am at… yet push me beyond my fears and to my true capability is unequivocal. Plus, the icing on the cake, is that Jeron helped me achieve a healthy weight, plenty of toned muscle and strength… which have always been my personal challenge as a survivor of eating disorders (ana in particular).

Jeron is an extremely talented and gifted at what he does. I never really believed in trainers before because they never made me feel good or make my work out worth paying the money I did. When I decided to workout with Jeron I had already lost a 1.5% of body fat in a week, he also placed me on an amazing nutrition plan. I have never felt this good in along time.
I also had a huge back issue due to car accident and sports injury and he really made me feel great I can now stand on my feet for 8 he’s not feeling like I want to curl up in a fetus position lol.
Please if you are looking for a quality trainer who takes tigard time to build a fitness plan for you JERON is the man.

Jeron is no Vera de Milo.
He knows and can actually give detailed and understandable explanations of nutrition, human physiology, body chemistry, why it freaking hurts, and why you just *have* to go on. Jeron’s positive «I believe in you, bro» attitude makes it so much easier to go back week after week for more pain.
What else. Humor. Hellz yeah. Jeron is stinkin’ funny. He is also a real person who understands how hard getting in shape can be. I believe that he does this not because he’s a gym rat, but because he wants to share this awesome feeling of fitness with others.
I just over a month my large arse has lost 12 lbs, 6.5 inches, and 3% body fat. I feel super great, and I kind of brag about how much I can dead lift.
So, les’sum up: Jeron is awesome; call him if you are ready to work (hard!!) for the body you want; be ready to laugh, cry, and maybe puke. in a good way, of course.
