Nanette is amazing. I am a regular customer and I visit every 6 weeks as she gives a loyalty discount. She uses Yonka products which are the absolute best. Honestly; to pay for a treatment every 6 weeks is an indulgence. I am a school teacher and a facial is a conscious choice. If I have a facial I don’t get something else. I have to plan where I spend. Nanette is worth it! She is not corporate. She isn’t touting anything. I never get the upsell. She is the real deal. Since meeting her about 2 years ago I have moved from Tigard, yet I still visit every six weeks. I keep thinking I should switch to something closer to home. I say to myself, «this will be the last time». Yet, I realize now; not only is she fabulous at what she does, she has a great vibe as a person. I think that has made up my mind that I’ll keep taking the trip to Tigard. Also, the office is lovely and easy to manage. Thanks Nanette!

I have been going to Nanette for about 2 years now. She is the sweetest lady that you will ever meet. I always am so happy when I leave after getting the best facial that I have ever had. I would recommend this salon and spa to all my friends and family. The location is great and easy to find as well!

I used to live in the Tigard area and received a facial from Nanette at that time. From the time I arrived, Nanette made me feel welcomed and relaxed. She explained the YonKa products that she would use and their purpose. I purchased the Gel Nettoyant cleanser (that my husband loves too!) and the Pamplemousse lotion. It makes my skin feel refreshed and leaves a healthy glow. I also purchased some of the Maui Coconut Mango lotion, which smells amazing! While there I was also interested in some of the Cinema Secrets makeup. Nanette showed me some of the products, but I didn’t make a purchase since I was stocked up. I moved out of the area a while ago, but was starting to run out of foundation. I remembered the Cinema Secrets and called Nanette. She was willing to ship the products to me. I received them very quickly and with a few samples too! Although I won’t be able to go in for facials now that I live out of state, I will continue to do business with Nanette at Simple Pleasures because she provides excellent customer service.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had. After only one treatment I can see a big difference in my skin. Not only that, as soon as I entered to this salon, I felt very special by the warm greeting I received from Nanette. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She explained about the Yonka products, and how they can help with the appearance of my skin. What I loved about her is that she informed me about how to take a better care of my skin and was NOT trying to sell me products. As a matter of effect she gave me some sample of Yonka products to try. I already made my next appointment to see her and I can not wait to indulge myself again and will recommend you to do the same. You will not regret that, You will receive the best customer service, best facial, and will be pampered for the very reasonable prices.
