I have usually have great customer service at this store, however when I visited last week, I received the worst ever, because she didn’t listen. I specifically asked the sales person for a fun, colorful bra in my size. I pointed to the polka dot one I wanted. She proceeds to tell me they have several types of bras and lots in my size, etc. I explained to her that I have shopped here before and again asked about the polka dot bra. She went to the back and brought 3 black bras and said they could order something in my size! I repeated that I wanted a COLORFUL, fun bra not black and she got a little miffed that I wasn’t interested in ordering a bra online. I wanted to walk out of the store with my new colorful bra. Good customer service starts with LISTENING. SO frustrating!
