Worst experience I have ever had at a Staples Copy&Print. They do not effectively communicate with each other, so your print job is often in the hands of multiple people who don’t know where the last person left off. We went in for a big print job that should have been done in one day, it wasn’t. And they didn’t seem to know how to let us know what was going on… we never got a call to let us know that they were actually behind on our project. 3 times over 2 days we went in and got different status updates. Each person we talked to «confirmed» they would call us… We finally went back in to see what was going on and(another new person) showed us the couple(of 300+) they had finished. They were not even done correctly. The color was completely off. The sizing of the images was off(even though we used specific Staples templates for our files). We ended up telling them not to bother fixing and finishing the job and that we would take our business elsewhere. Do NOT come here to get any complicated prints done… when you need prints fast and accurate, this is such a waste of time.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! Worst experience I have EVER had at a store! Cashier refused to take my $ 10 off teacher rewards coupon said I couldn’t combine it with other coupons but I wasn’t using any other coupons. Will never go back! Office Depot is MUCH better. Staples employees could learn to take some customer service lessons from there competitor.

The selection is not great, but the prices are better than competitors. They had a fair amount of «clearance» items, but the clearance prices were not discounted, so that was strange. The employees were friendly and helpful but clearly overworked and the store was way understaffed. It seemed like each employee had three jobs to do. The cashier was trying to unpack inventory and man the phones, which were ringing off the hook. He was trying to get another employee to help him but the other employee had his own three jobs to do and didn’t even hear the call for help. I’m not sure if it’s due to the store layout or the small selection or just own ineptness but I had trouble finding what I was looking for, and of course, there were no store clerks available on the sales floor to assist customers. At least the signage is good, so as soon as I realized where that was(up way high, out of my line of sight) I found what I needed.)

It’s no wonder why they’re closing stores. Staff is friendly but, lack product and inventory knowledge, and speaking of inventory, they don’t carry a lot of useful items. Decent prices on some items, however Amazon kills them on most business sundries that many are looking for.

Staples is great, I prefer it to other stores nearby like Office Depot, Best Buy. Especially this location. Office supplies here have the best price, like memory flash sticks, unbelievable. And they also have the lowest price possible on CD label papers, and even CD jewel case paper, which is very expensive anywhere, the CD label printing sheets are the most affordable I have seen, both online and in stores. I also like the employers here, very helpful, fast and efficient and very friendly, they are not pushy. Usually you do not have to wait long in line, they are very good at that. I even brought my computer here to have some stubborn virus removed and to have all the useless programs that open up when loading, removed, and comparing to Bestbuy price, this was unbeatable, the person who did the work was very knowledgeable, and they are always so friendly, is such a pleasure to buy here!

I love this store but when associates walk by and don’t acknowledge I am waiting for help it really makes me want to stop coming here. So far 7 mins have gone by with no service at the print counter and I have been ignored by the other associates passing. Poor customer service.

Bought an HP Laser Pro 200 printer there, I bought an identical one online from Amazon. They both work great. My beef is with customer service. It took forever to get some help at the store. They did not have very good information about the machine I wanted. They went on line to find out the answers. I could of done that, and I did when I went on line to buy my 2nd printer for the office. Train your employees to HELP the customers. That’s all…

I’ve been a customer for the past 3 years — because they have a recycle program for ink cartridges. It started out that you received $ 6 per cartridge in a rewards check, but this year that was lowered to $ 2. They’ve also changed the rules slightly, making it that you can only take advantage of the program if you buy at least one ink cartridge every 6 months. I pretty much do, so I will continue to recycle and get the rebates until the program changes so much that it no longer benefits me to drive the 3 miles to turn them in. According to staff, the change came about because people were allegedly turning in too many cartridges, from large businesses. To that I say, who cares? They give you $ 2, fill them with ink and re-sell them for $ 50. What difference does it make who benefits from turning them in? Anyway, I’m still happy with the program, just not as happy.

Your standard office supply store. I came here based on a recommendation from the Cards Against Humanity website that they found the best deal for the print at home version of this game here. I followed their tip versus shopping around and came here to have it done. The woman working the print shop already was familiar with the game and they had the files already available(i had put the PDFs on an SD card just in case). The work was done well, the print and cut the cards for $ 22. She was super friendly and the woman who was there when I picked up my order the next day was also very friendly. Otherwise, I could get most of the items Staples provides elsewhere.
