You can return things here without a receipt, what is this amateur hour? This is unheard of since the dawn of something called computers. I don’t know how they expect to compete with larger retailers if they can’t provide basic customer service. First and last time buying something here!

For a small mall shoe store, they have a decent selection of outdoor brands. The staff have always been friendly when I have come in. At the end of the season, they have good sales, rivaling any other sale at rei.
The store is always tidy and well organized. Prices are standard MSRP. There really isn’t much remarkable here, but its usually pretty empty meaning you get prompt service. When I know what I want, I skip the hassle of an apathetic sales person in a packed store and come here.
