We hired Gotta Go to do routine service on a property we had just purchased. The technician lacked the experience and expertise to accurately identify the septic clean out. He emptied 1500 gallons of runoff water from a holding tank that looks nothing like a septic clean out. When asked why he said, «I don’t know. I’ve only been doing this a year.» We were charged $ 340. We hired a locally owned operator who is BBB accredited instead. Won’t work with Gotta Go again.
