So cute! They have everything you could need if you’re staying in the area, plus the BEST selection of wine and wine tastings on weekends. They also have delicious fresh baked goods displayed at the checkout area like cupcakes, giant cookies, etc. We stopped in for some wine and cheese and crackers and it was the perfect stop.

Great place for homemade takeout! The owners, witty & friendly, will make your visit to Tilghman’s even richer with tales of local lore & hot spots to visit. Be sure to try Kathy’s bean salad & the yummy crab cakes. You can’t miss this place!

«If we don’t have it, you don’t need it» was told to us by one of the store employees and he was right! Yep, we definitely need luscious mini-cupcakes, hearty homemade take away dinners, and locally made Scottish Highland Creamery ice cream… we love the atmosphere and the staff is always welcome and helpful. Great spot if you are staying on Tilghman for the day, the week, or the season.

This place is awesome! The sandwiches are made to order, with quality meats. But the star of the show is the baked goods. You can’t go wrong, with the cakes and pies. Best apple pie I’ve ever eaten.

We were on Tilghman by boat the heat wave after 4th of July and needed some supplies, water(lots), food, ect. This was basically the only game in town so we went over. They have a good selection and some neat local things and knicknacks. We waited a little extra for the grill to open because it was early Sunday and totally worth it! Had breakfast burritos, delicious, and the owners were super nice, can’t stress it enough. She said they had a bunch of fresh veg and really hooked the food up. We had so much stuff and it was such a long walk back to the marina they even offered to drive us back over. Great people, great place, this is how all stores should operate, if you are on Tilghman stop in!

We wandered into this quaint country store and strolled around, exploring the neighborhood we would be hanging around for the week. As we left, my husband overheard a description of the seafood chowder. He commented on how good it sounded. Shrimp, clams, crab. We drove down the road to explore the island some more, and ended up on a dock where there were some folks crabbing. After striking up a conversation, we found out they were some of the owners. Monique makes the chowder only on weekends and sells it until it runs out. So of course, we walked down the road, salivating, to buy our lunch. The seafood chowder was the best we have ever had. Bar none. Monday we walked in there again and bought the remaining chowder to share with our house guests. The chowder is creamy, no fillers or thickeners, loaded with shrimp(perfectly tender) and crab. The potatoes were diced and in perfect balance with the seafood. In other words, there was way more seafood. Haven’t tried anything else there… yet…but we have the rest of the week in this charming little town. The staff is friendly and the muffins by the door look yummy.
