Fairview has all the c-store favorites with some major differences– no fryer! The chance of getting some way too crispy/dry chicken strips is pretty slim here– they are actually juicy. The burgers are a great deal, and beat the hell out of the other fast food alternatives since they use real, fresh patties. Grab one out of the case & top it how you like it. Breakfast on the run with a sausage egg & cheese muffin also leaves the fast food equivalent in the dust! Occasional specials like pasta salad with broccoli or smoked tuna are a treat! Made to order sandwiches are also available.

Yep, it’s a quik mart. But it is conveniently located about 15 seconds off of OR-6(for those of you on your way(coming or going) through Tillamook). The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have all your standard convenience store fare(chicken strips, jo-jos, burritos, etc., etc.), plus a good selection of non-perishables as well. There are two things that take this store from a 3-star and a 4-star establishment: first, as previously mentioned the staff and friendly service; second, they have CFDCs(what? you don’t know what that is?! caffeine free diet cokes, of course!) by the bottle(score!).

Got chicken strips and a Rock Star. What else when we are off to the coast? We got chicken because we LOVE the«buzy bees»(yellow jackets) chasing us when we go to Tillamook. Always a good time there. But, seriously. We love Tillamook, Oregon. Always friendly people and weird experiences!(ie: cows breaking out of the field and run down the road towards our car)
