I love Tommy’s cleaners! They always do a fantastic job and are super quick! I travel for work and have been to many dry cleaners. This place is the best!

Tommie’s Cleaners has given us great service throughout our years in Tillamook. They are particularly good at getting out spots and stains. I just received back an heirloom napkin I had taken there to get what must have been 50-year-old stains removed, and now it looks like new. They are one of the few dry cleaners still accepting cleaning by the pound, which is a great deal for customers. Give this business a try!

Again… why aren’t there ZERO stars? Let me preface this by saying, I am always a fan of supporting local businesses in small towns, but will draw the line if I get consistent rude treatment. Both times I have been to this place have been less than satisfactory to me. Two of the shirts we brought there came back with big brown stains that looked like burn marks on the sleeves, and when I talked to the owner about it, she insinuated that we brought them in that way. After much discussion, she asked us to bring them back in so she could take a look. Apparently, they were stains that could be taken out, which she did, but they shouldn’t have come back from the cleaner’s in the first place without being checked over. The second time I took our dry cleaning in, I arrived to a very empty building with the radio jacked up as loud as it could go. The front door was wide open, so I came in and rang the service bell. And I waited. And I waited. And I waited some more. I felt rude ringing the bell again in case she already heard me but was busy doing something she couldn’t tear herself away from at that exact moment. So I waited even longer. Finally, I rang the bell again. Nothing. Nobody came out or even yelled out that they would be right there. So, I said«Hello? Anybody here?» Nothing. Then I started to walk around the building where a side door was open. I finally hear a snotty«I’m right HERE!» behind me. So I turned around and followed the woman who didn’t say anything else to me back in the building. When I came into the building, I said«Sorry. I had been waiting here for a while and nobody came out.» Here’s what I get back from her: «Ok(in a very irritated tone).» No apology. No explanation. Just«Ok.» Like I should be grateful she is even accepting my dry cleaning. As a business owner, I would think you would want to treat every patron with respect(unless they do something that warrants otherwise) and that you should be happy that people are coming to utilize your services. Without us, you wouldn’t have lasted as long as you have. Oh, and by the way, there aren’t any other dry cleaners in town, so you have the monopoly. Congratulations. Some people are only coming here because they have no other choice. I, on the other hand, will be driving my dry cleaning to Lincoln City(an hour away) in order to avoid this disaster again.
