They don’t consistently send us bills, then randomly refuse to refill our tanks based on non-payment. They don’t even call or mail out a letter saying that they aren’t making a delivery(we are supposed to be on automatic delivery).

Empty tank tonight, after the Laconia office charged me for filling it up just 8 days ago. This after a lot of bad service over the phone. I finally got a price from the Laconia office after three dropped promises to «call me back in a few minutes» over the course of a week without gas to cook or heat. So last week they came out, hooked up the tank, purged the lines, checked the pilots, charged me for 90-odd gallons of propane. They left me an empty tank.

I scheduled an oil delivery for today, a full week ago, and I was just informed that they cannot deliver the oil until a week from now. I am out of oil, but they are out a customer for good. When I called around to find another provider, I learned I’m not the only client who had a similar issue with them.
