The pharmacy staff was extremely slow filling prescriptions. The most recent trip they told me they did not receive my prescription from the doctor. After I called my family practice, they called rite aid and the prescription was filled. When I asked what the problem was, I was told«The prescription was not filled yet.» The staff did Not take responsibility for their mistake or apologize. I do not expect people or businesses to be perfect, but I do expect them to own mistakes or apologize if a person or customer is inconvenienced. I will be looking for another pharmacy.

I was driving all over the area trying to find relief for an allergic reaction I was having and was in desperate need for Benadryl. Someone directed me to this store. This store has an interesting layout compared to the Rite Aids that were converted from Eckerds that I am used to. There’s a main aisle down the middle of the store and other aisles off shoot from it making things very easy to find. The store has the standard drive through and photo department. There’s a cold refrigerated section, a large and bright card section. They have a lottery ticket machine in the front of the store and a Blockbuster kiosk outside. Nice store. I wish the Rite Aids in my area were laid out this way. I might actually convert!
