I love the friendly, attentive service and the booths — 5 stars for those things. The food is just okay. It’s pretty obvious that the home fries come out of a freezer and the fruit salad was lacking seasonal freshness. If they freshened things up, it would be a solid go-to for our family.

My server was excellent… I should have gotten her name. The food however… unimpressive. Nothing different here besides the setting & the name hanging outside. However, it’s nice that they have turkey sausage, which most places don’t… or won’t serve.

Had a delightful experience. Sevice was outstanding(thanks Jeremy). They provide a pot of coffee & a caraffe of water so you don’t have to keep asking. Food was good too.

First impressions are only made once. We got here at 8:15am on a Saturday. Free wifi and great food. Its very tasty for those of us who like hearty flavored breakfast. Yummy. I had the Market Hash(has no meat but with goat cheese) and Pesto Chicken Quinoa with a kale juice… I shared this with a friend. Very good choices. As we were waiting the morning rush started with waiting. Get here early!

Great service, great prices, and amazing food. I ordered The Parm Hash meal; the ingredients were fresh and the fruit was so sweet :) I went on a Saturday morning and there was about a 20-minute wait for a table for 2, but to me the dining experience was well worth the wait.

This place actually has pretty good food although you will wait 35 – 40 minutes for it. For me it isn’t worth it. Service would be better if they hired better servers. Our server never checked on us, and not once did she notice that our food had not come out after 30 minutes. Not to mention that out trash/dirty dishes stayed on the table the entire time. Eventually the food comes out… well some it. So to sum up this experience. I would so give the place 4 – 5 stars because the food is AMAZING but he service sucks. So it kills the whole thing. Lol

I ran in and out before starting my day at work and may I just say wow– there are tons of menu options for the health conscious. Very hard to find in Timonium/Towson area. It’s also very, very quiet in the morning here– and I’m a loud gal so that was a challenge. The staff is very helpful with the menu selection.

Great place for a nice, simple, affordable brunch! There are a lot of different options, including health conscious dishes, so whether you’re craving pancakes, omelettes, sandwiches, etc you will find something to suit your fancy on the menu. I ordered the fruit crêpe and my friend ordered the Acapulco express omelette. The crêpe made for a nice, light yet filling breakfast. The service was very attentive and friendly as well!

Since this was my «first» visit to your restaurant, I will be as lenient as I can. And considering my meal was less than $ 10, I must say that I got what I paid for. Now, «watch» and learn to see what you did well and not so well… The Positives… 1) Your restaurant appeared to be very clean and the décor made it very homey like I was having breakfast at Granny Mable’s country house at Meadow Stream Farms. 2) Your waitress was very friendly and said she truly enjoyed working in such a fine establishment. Kudos for your low turnover rate! 3) Your menu was the shabby chic, all-natural burlap-esque feel I love. She(as in me) thinks your tractor clip art is «sexy.» 4) Your food… Sorry, I have to switch gears… The Negatives 1) I had high hopes for my meal because my friend raved about how good your food was. But when I took the first bite of my fruit salad, which appeared fresh, it tasted like Mowgli had stolen the prickly pear from Baloo but forgot he had it stuffed in his loin cloth for safe keeping from King Louis. It was damn-near rancid-tasting but I didn’t want to lose face in front of my dear friend as she was telling me about a very important, personal matter. I simply didn’t want her to think my pucker-faced reaction was based on her story, so I choked down the rest. Does rotten fruit make you more regular than fresh fruit? The jury’s still out… 2) My egg white wrap tasted like it had been frozen. I know you’re probably trying to conform to the social trends to make it seem like Princess Elsa made it, but I am 29 and not amused. And, more importantly, I am not«letting it go.» If it was made fresh, which I highly doubt, why in the world did it ooze about 27 oz of water the instant I cut into it??? The only ingredient that could have caused this deluge was the mushroom but the average fungi has about 2.7 oz of water in it. If I wanted some water with my meal, I would have ordered it in a glass… 3) The coffee was sub-par but was digestible. The gripe I have is with the packaged, processed creamer on your tables with a shelf-life that would outlast Taylor Swift’s great-great-great grandchildren. I would expect this from Denny’s but you serve high-falootin’ kale smoothies for goodness sakes. Can you at least offer me some fresh milk? It doesn’t even have to be soy or dairy free. I am hoping I just caught you on an «off» day or I just ordered the wrong thing… If not, I will be at iHop down the street…

I came here for breakfast with a friend. The restaurant is spacious and there’s plenty of seating! I ordered the Acapulco express omelet with a side of potatoes and an English muffin. The omelet was good(lots of avocado which is a plus) and found the seasoned potatoes to be really tasty! This place is reasonably priced and I’ll be back(omelet, coffee, tax and tip came out to be $ 14.50). Good for groups and families with kids.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Me and my wife went here for breakfast. On weekends you may have to wait 10 – 15 mins for a table. The staff is super friendly. The food was great. By the sound of the name, I thought this restaurant served only super healthy food. They have a good mix of savory and healthy options. I had the Parma hash(I had my egg done«over easy»). Reallllly good choice. The meal also comes with an English muffin. I recommend it. We’ll definitely be back.

Went here with two other people on a Saturday morning. At 8am there was no wait at all. It was our first time here and we were greeted immediately. Our server was very friendly and around when we needed her. They are more options than expected… and it might be too many options. Everything kind of ran together and it was hard to tell what was what. The things in the«healthy menu» are a little, um, not healthy(crepes + granola + a «side of a muffin») so that was a bit of a turn off while reading the menu. I was underwhelmed by what I got, but that was my fault and I should have stuck with getting mushrooms IN an omelet, and not what was literally a bowl of mushrooms with cheese on it(the«Caps, etc.» plate). See what I mean? Why is that an option? Who eats that for breakfast? I ordered it, so obviously me because I like mushrooms… and when faced with that as an option it sounded good. But it was not executed well so I’m not sure why it was an option at all. The mushrooms were verrrry oily. Eggs were fine, potatoes were good. I’d go again to try something else — maybe one of the hashes. The waffle looked good. The coffee should have been 2.50 for the entire table, not sure why it was so much per person.

First Watch is alright. Went here on a Saturday around 8am with two friends and it was fairly empty. I got the Key West crepegg, it was just okay– went a little avocado crazy(and I LOVE avocado) considering it overpowered the rest of the ingredients. Our waitress was really sweet and was around whenever we needed her. All in all, I would maybe go back if I was in the area. Sidenote: my friends and I looked at our checks and saw we were each charged $ 2.59 for coffee. I get that they put a pot down on your table and leave it but… really? We all agreed that was a little much.

I visited First watch in the Pikesville area many years ago and when this Timonium location popped up I was eager to try it. I ordered the French Toast monte cristo and my waiter suggested(up sold ;)) me an over-easy egg on top and it was off the charts delicious, one of the best I have ever had. It was served with really good greens and I ordered a coffee which was great. I also enjoy they have the small international delight flavored creamers so I can perfect my java as I do at home. My waiters name was Jeremy and he was outstanding, I visit him often now, sometimes 3x per week and enjoy the food, service and atmosphere.

First time visiting. Great service. We had a very cheerful waiter. We came in near closing time and they still accommodated us and didn’t take an attitude at all. Veggie burger was SO good. Coffee was also very good. Definitely want to go there more now. Cute kind of hipster/modern atmosphere. Very extensive and good selection. Healthy choices. They were just so friendly and the food was really good, that’s all you need to know. Jeremy is a great server!

So I returned to First Watch after my initial poor experience. The second time around was better. THEGOOD… –minimal wait for table –glass bottles now with water for the table –pumpkin pancakes were good –kale, apple and lemon juice drink was good THEBAD… –again, the food took forever to come out –server not once visited the table to give any kind of update Although this visit was better than the first, the overall service is in need of training. I’m talking the basics fundamentals of waiting tables.

First Watch is a chain and not especially overwhelming. I’d say for a basic meal it’s reliable, but is nothing inspired. The service can be sporadic, last I was there they probably needed another server, but other than that it’s a casual venue and it’s reasonably priced.

I think the food was better than our previous visit, and the waitress we had rally knew what she was doing. HOWEVER, it took us 10 minutes to get on the list for a table because the people at the front end had no idea what they were doing. Someone’s charge didn’t go to their card or something, so the person who was supposed to take our names started helping the employee at the register, and then they just stood there talking about it for awhile… Eventually they got a manager, but then the three of them talked about it and worked on it together, all while we stood there. It took a total of 10.5 minutes to get on the list for a table.

Unilocal didn’t let me down! Surprised by this place, I actually was expecting a mom & pop place. Apparently it’s a chain. But it’s very good. Got 2 pancakes, one chocolate chip and one pumpkin, and granola with yogurt. My eyes were bigger than my stomach. The pancakes were VERY good. Granola was home-made! Free wifi, cool atmosphere. Would definitely come back!
