If you are sharp on your appliance shopping and know which brands and features cost what… you can come here to spot a bargain. Some of their merchandise is marked down so low that you will be excited to bring it home. There is quite a selection here but don’t expect to always find exactly what you want because their inventory is dependent on returns.

My recent visit was a drastic improvement over previous visits. I was impressed that it was much neater and cleaner than my previous visit a year or two ago. The store has been set up more for shopping than bargain hunting or ropa digs. Appliances are better displayed and more logically arranged in the store. There are stoves, microwaves, dryers, washers, refrigerators, mattresses, clothing and seasonal products like grills and patio furniture. The prices can be pretty good if you come back and shop the store to hit a particular sale or see a specific reduction on an item. The service is a little lackluster if you are looking for specific information but it is an outlet — you come for the savings not information.

This is an outlet, so you need to stop here often to score a great deal. I recently found Landsend black suede mocs for kids for $ 5. Normally I shop the clothing, since I am a fan of Landsend. A promotion this month is giving away a free item of clothing every Tuesday to Sears rewards members (free to sign up and earn points). Where else can you get free clothing? In that respect, this outlet is pretty awesome.

I have bought from this outlet twice, and I think that will be the last time. The appliances are fine. The customer service is what drives down the score. The delivery was delayed, and there is confusion when I call. I’m sure there is a central location that deals with all the delivery routing, but gotta tell you, they fail on all counts. I am willing to pay a little more to have the service that I deserve. When I schedule a delivery for Monday, and I don’t want to have to take Tuesday or Wednesday off of work to wait for the appliance.
