Ralph started out doing a great job on the first call. The second time I used Ralph he sold me a oven that does not work and never returned my call to repair it. I called a reputable appliance repair company and they said it would cost close to $ 300. to repair. Seeing how it was a used oven I just trashed the oven and purchased a new one. Its been 3 weeks now and still no return call from Ralph. Stay way from this guy!
